Today is my long day at work. I'm there from 9 AM to 10 PM with an hour commute each way. I overslept so I'm barely getting my Spark activities done. Have a great day everyone.

    might want to try the workouts they offer you on the website to do at your desk, or maybe on your work break walk around the building or something :)

Relaxing weekend

Although I worked Saturday, Paul and I had a movie day yesterday. It was very relaxing. I have work I can do today, but after I check my e-mail I'm going to take the rest of the day to relax before the week starts tomorrow.

Paul is supportive and encouraging.
I can cardio wtih my sister three days a week even though she lives in Texas.
I have a good job.
I lost 50 pounds last year.
I only have 15 more pounds to loose.

It's a working weekend. . .

...but if I get the quarter off to a good start it will be less stressful the rest of the time so it's worth it. I just have to put in time for the next three days then it all slows down. The first week of every quarter is always a bear - but bears are such magnificent animals emoticon

My leg is better - cardio today

My leg is feeling sooo much better. I'm going to try cardio today, but I probably won't spring all out. Just a little and see how it feels. I don't want to push it and start hurting again. Wish me luck.
