I'm running late, but I have to post. I did it! I passed on the pastries. I grabbed almonds and some veggies when I left yesterday. Got the McD's Southwest chicken salad for lunch and only used 1/2 a packed of the low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing. For dinner I grabbed a cup of 15 bean soup with 2/3 cup fat free cheese and some strawberries. I met all nutritional stats at the low end. Woohoo! The class went well. I enjoyed it. My HAT meeting was productive also.
I'm tired today, but will perk up when I get to class. I plan to repeat lunch with the Asian chicken salad today which is lower in calories, but they said they were bringing donuts and that's already tempting me. I read the nutritional info on the pastry boxes and that did the trick. I'll look up donuts before I leave. That should work.
