I'm running on 4 hours of sleep today. I had a late meeting last night then woke up at 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I feel really "oogy." I have meetings all day so I can cancel and rest, but I will start the day at the gym. Hopefully that will give me some energy to get me through.

    LOL. I use the word "oogy" also. I'm running on limited sleep myself...9 hours over 3 nights. Thanks for reminding me that exercise will help my energy level. I'm off to do a yoga DVD. Have a great day. ~ Eden

Did get my work done

I didn't even start my project that must be done by June 7. I didn't feel well yesterday. Just layed around watching TV. I feel better today, but I have to be on campus. I guess tomorrow is as good as any other day to start. I know was I dive it it will go quickly. It's just getting that initial motivation to start. Why is that sooooooo difficult?

Making progress

This is only my third day and I already lost the weight I gained from my load days. I don't feel bloated anymore, just lighter. I believe I will reach my goal weight this round. Only four more weeks this quarter. I'm hoping by the end I will loose sufficient weight I can start some cardio this summer.

I just started my second round of HCG and already lost three of the pounds I gained during the load days. I'm-say excited and already feel less bloated. Nay-sayers, don't bother to post to my blog. I've heard all the arguments, but after six years of unsucessful work that included diet and exercise, this is the only thing that worked for me and I kept it off. This is my solution. I welcome comments as long as they are not against the program.
