I forgot I hd a meeting yesterday where they feed us. It's usually sandwiches or pizza. Yesterday it was sanwiches. As I was looking for my usual turkey choice I spied a cesar salad so I grabbed that. I left the chips and cookie on the table for someone else so it wouldn't be in front of me as temptation. I took the croutons off the salad and dipped my fork in the creamy dressing instead of dumping it all over my salad. I ate that and the fruit only. I didn't snack all afternoon.

I'm so proud or myself. I did good and am patting myself on the back.

On campus all day

I'm on campus all day today and I ran out of my low carb dinners. I've got some roasted chicken and new pickles I can take. Guess I'll do that for lunch or eath one of my protein bars. We'll see.

Well I did good yesterday and I'm hodling at 150.8. I guess I have to be even more strict to see it drop. I can do that.

Two great starts today. First, I didn't wake up with a headache this morning for the first time in nine days. Then I stepped on the scale. I was down 5 pounds. That puts me back to where I was before the conference. Yesterday I had gained 5 pounds since the conference, but it must have been mostly water. I stuck to program yesterday but didn't exercise so this is great news. I will be able to exercise today since I am not in so much knee pain and have no headache.

The best news is this still gives me time to loose ten pounds for my wedding and I am not so discouraged. Hurrah! I can do it!

  


Headache better

My headache is better today. I'm going to try some cardio. If that doesn't agravate the headache I'll start the wedding workout. I gained 6 pounds over the past week since the conference so now I need to loose at least 15 for my wedding one month from today. I may not make that much since it's probably too fast, but if I can loose at least 10 I will probably fit into my wedding dress. I'll be at my sisters for two weeks the end of this month. Fortunately she is also trying to loose weight so we can eat and exercise together.
