So, the shirt for Old Chicago's current minitour is pretty cool. And I want it. Unfortunatley, their nutritional menu doesn't list the protein content in their meals. I think that's pretty crappy that a national chain like Old Chicago wouldn't list such an important item. It just goes to show you how nutritionally-misguided Americans are. No wonder our nation struggles with obesity, when the public is so uneducated that a major chain thinks it's ok to not include one of the most important items on it's nutritional facts page! I just really can't get over that!

I got pretty off track when I moved, different house, getting a new daily routine down, different drive times to the gym, and a roommate who eats non-clean food. Combined with a whirlwind trip to Texas, I haven't been hitting the gym as much as I should or eating clean. But, a month later, I'm gonna give it another go and get totally ripped in time for summer! Time to put the motivational pictures up an get going!

    It sounds like you already have the tools to go after your goal. You can do it! I'm getting "back on the bandwagon," too.. and have been keeping up for about 2 weeks.

Work has been absolutely horrible lately, and last night was no exception! I could go on, and on, and on about it, but instead, I'm trying to tell myself that all the running around I've been doing has just burned extra calories. So far I haven't convinced myself lol.

So, I washed a whole entire pack of gum today. Yes, a PACK!! Lol, I know, I know. It was a brand new pack, too-there were peices of gum and pink foil wrapping stuck to everything, but oddly enought, the clear plastic wrapper it came in was no where to be found!! I may have an unpleasant suprise the next time I put on my gym shorts!

I've been craving spangles fries for three days now. And I finally gave in on the way home from the gym. Now, after putting crappy food in my body, I feel like crap. Amazing how that works, huh? Eat good food, you feel good. Eat healthy and cut out the caffiene, and you still have energy. The cravings are gone, and because I went to the gym and did a spinning class, I burned enough calories to still create a calorie deficit today. That's just motivation to go to the gym tomorrow too. And, tomorrow's a new day, so not only am I going to the gym, I'm starting over fresh and not getting any fries on the way home (-:

    Amazing how "messing up" can be a motivator too. It all depends on how you look at it. SOme people would "mess up" and let it bring them down, but you have a great attitude!
