Lost 3 Pounds

I'm feeling good about losing 3 pounds. Still much more work to do to reach my goal, but I feel I'm on track. Arthritis is still an issue. Learning how to cope with the chronic pain.

Staying on track today. Getting my water and healthy food choices in. Did 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. Wish I could do more but have to take it slow. Arthritis is the pitts!

The recumbent bike is a great way to exercise. I use it 3 days per week. Just keep moving.
