Today I accepted the Tame the Sugar Craving challenge. My first "test" will be at lunch where my family likes a county buffet. I plan on skipping the dessert, but that is what I always say and rarely do. My plan is to have a serving of protein and fill up on veggies even if they are cooked southern style.
Did not eat dessert, had sweet potatoes and corn, which I guess are sugars but that isn't the sugar I am trying to tame.
Had dinner, chicken stir fry. Thinking about cake but will hopefully not have it.
