this was a travel week, but I did reasonably well...

Sat: 4 mile run - it was hot though and I was SLOW!

I know, they are a little expensive. But I bit the bullet and you should too. SO NICE to come home to a vacuumed floor! But what made me think of it, and to tell you, is that I just spilled a bunch of almonds - not the big old ones you can pick up, but a bunch of powdery shards. All over the kitchen floor.

I went and got Roomba, put her in the middle of the shards, pressed 'Spot Clean' and came in here to chat with you! She'll be done in a minute and the kitchen floor will look great. Anyway, if you have ever considered owning a robot vacuum, I am here to tell you to go for it.

10K Training (Target - 2,3,3 miles)
Sun: 2 miles (24 min)
Mon: --
Tues: --
Wed: --
Thurs: Brick. Less than 1 mile. BUT did tri training....
Fri: --
Sat: -- Just bike - shin splints!

Triathlon Training (10K counts for both - any other exercise goes here. Target - 1 swim 1 bike)
Sun: 2 miles (24 min)
Mon: 1 hr hip hop, 12 min dancing, 2 supersets 30# x 10 bent row, 20# x 8 upright rows
Tues: --
Wed: Hauling giant panels into horse trailer...
Thurs: 1 hour tri training. 7 miles bike, 0.8 miles run, .25 mile swim.
Fri: --
Sat: 1 hour bike spin class - just over 15 minles

Tues: n ( I am out of protein. No shakes till I fix that!)

Thurs: n But I got powder, but then left it at work. So no shake tomorrow.

Friends....Really...Right?

You know, I think of you all as my friends, but I don't seem to really believe it. I am behind you all, love to read your blogs, totally want to support you...but somehow don't feel like I can be down or need help. But I do need your help! I know that should be OK but I don't BELIEVE it is OK. Why not?? You are all so open and I am a chicken! Anyone have any ideas for me???

    Sometimes admitting we need help is the hardest thing to do, I struggled with it for a long time. It is both harder and easier when you are in an online world, because not everyone "really" knows you. When it come to supporting others I hope that I am helpful, but if I am not than I still tried and when I receive help from others I remember that they are trying to support me even if what they offer is not something that I personally can use.

You just need to find your "spot" and share what you are comfortable sharing and work your way up to sharing more. Just admitting you need a little support is a good start.

    Oh honey, what's the matter? What do you need support with right now? What are you struggling with? If you tell us, you might get some help. You know I've been having a rough patch with my husband and my job, and you guys have been there for me. You have, for sure! It is so nice to get support when you do need it. Not everyone will, but some will reach out and be there. Let me know either blog or on my page or in private message and I will do what I can. I will be off much of Sunday due to work, but back on later Sunday sometime.
