The kids have been keeping me super busy! Mia is now 8 months old and almost walking! It's crazy how fast this year is going!! I am now at my pre pregnancy weight again, but still have a ways I want to go!
I ran my 2nd Half in March 2013- and turned around and signed up for another half in June! I'll be running in the San Francisco Half 6/16! I can't wait! I ran my first in SF, and I fell even more in love with the city, and SO in love with Running! I can't wait to go back!!! So I'm about 5 weeks away and just training! I'll get on here and update
Summer is coming, and hopefully I will have a little more free time to hop on here every once in a while!

So I have been missing spark so much! There doesnt seem to be enough time in the day!
Mia is doing great! She will be 3 months next week already! Hard to believe! We are getting our Christmas Tree this weekend, and taking our Santa pictures, I can hardly wait, I have 2 precious little dresses she will be wearing. My sons 6th Birthday is coming up in January, I cant believe that either, where does the time go! We moved to Portland from Sacramento,CA when he was 18 months, the time has flown by!
I started running again about 6 weeks ago, I have already ran in 2 5k's and a 4 miler, O how I missed running! Its so nice to be able to tune everything out for a little bit, and just have some me time! I have made my running list for 2013 the races I will be participating in. I just turned 26 in October, so my goal for this year I want to run a FULL marathon! I already have tackled the 1/2- Its time for another challenge! Im excited! It will help me get my pre baby body back! (that I am missing so much)
All is well other then that! Thanksgiving was great, and Christmas is already here! AHH! Have you been thinking of your resolutions for the New year yet?

We are winding down a month from Aug 5th, Im due! FINALLY! I feel like I have been pregnant for years! While Im trying to soak in the last month and just relax, get some rest, and enjoy possibly my last time being pregnant I cant help but count down the days until my body will be mine and MINE alone again!
What a difference a healthy pregnancy makes! My first was terrible, gained 60 lbs, had no energy AT ALL, was depressed, it was horrible! This time around completely opposite!~ I Firmly believe you can have a healthy active and enjoyable pregnancy! I am still working out, and eating a healthy diet, I have gained the perfect amount of weight I am supposed to thus far, and really have no aches or pains whatsoever! Not even swelling! Knock on wood I still have 4 weeks left! :)
My August Goals-
Take one day at a time- counting all my blessings!
Stay consistent with my water everyday
Yoga 4-5 times a week, as usual :)
Squats, light weights and lunges
I wont be able to work out for a few weeks after, so Im going to press on now- knowing I did everything I could up until that point!
I hope you all are having a great summer, we are finally in summer here in Portland! Im so thankful I didnt have HOT weather to deal with! Only a few days which I can handle! :)

Just wanted to check in! Im all on track.
Im eating well! thankfully I have been craving fruit and orange juice this pregnancy! Occasionally a chocolate milkshake or a chocolate bar donut, but I have gained exactly what I should have this time around! (sigh of relief) Previous pregnancy was so different I was SO unhealthy, and gained 60 lbs on top of that, puttting me at 40 lbs overweight for 3 years! ( I lacked MAJOR discipline, and was so extremely unhappy!! Thank you Lord for Spark!!)
I have been consistent with exercise, getting ready to get back to the gym. I have been getting in walks or going late to the gym for the machines, but I miss my regular classes! My husbands work schedule is falling a lot later than it used to- He now gets home around 630-645 where as it used to be 5 exactly. When he walks in we eat dinner, and then by the time cleaning the kitchen comes around and bathtime, its already 8-830. All my energy is depleted, and Im ready to relax on the couch and spend a few hours with my hubby. This hasnt been working out for me- I need just that little bit of time to refocus, and do something for my body! I have found the solution! Today Im just going to go get the month pass for the Kids Club, so that way my son and I can go anytime we want during the day- and I can go back to some of my fav yogas and zumbas I have been missing O SO MUCH! Man life was easier when summer break wasnt here!
Im in the final stretches! I simply CAN NOT wait until she gets here! 71 days left! My Dr told me last week we will be scheduling the C section a week earlier than her Original Due Date, so now the new one is Sept 5th!!!!! YAHOOOOOO
First thing I do when Im cleared to workout again is signing up for another half! This will be my 2nd!! My life feels so incomplete without training and a goal!!!! I have been reading up on training and all the things I will be able to do again, and Im so Excited!!
