Eating healthy while waiting to test.

Friday, September 17, 2010

Ok. I'm consuming all natural foods and just waiting around for the time to come to test. I have no symptoms but one major odd symptom that isn't normal for women who aren't pregnant!!! I just may be pregnant! Whence I know, I will post here, and start exercising lightly. They say it's good for the fetus and prevents undue stress. TICK..TOCK...TICK...TOCK... emoticon emoticon

PX90 (er, P90X)?????

Wednesday, August 18, 2010

Ok. I exercised today for a full 45 minutes on the XL Glider today!!! Yeah!!!! I did some core strength training on my abs as well. I'm gearing up for baby....

I need to know if anyone has PX90 workout and did it work for you? I am thinking about intense, serious exercising to get back in shape after baby. Any opinions, suggestions?

There are good reviews for this product! A friend of mine has used it and he loves it. I bought (from the same company) INSANITY--whick is exactly what it is. I think you will like it, just remember not to push yourself beyond where you are comfortable.

Life back on track.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

My life is back on track finally and I'm perfectly content with it now. That's why I've been absent for a short period. My husband went on vacation without me and it "killed" me; I was heartbroken, when he left all perfectly happy. I am sorry, if you're family, you vacation together. So, after he returned, I made him promise to not do this again to me.

Also, I changed families that I'm a nanny for and LOVE this family I'm a nanny for. This will do until I am in my career as a teacher (hopefully the field opens up soon). I love the girls and the parents and I couldn't be any luckier.

I am starting to exercise all over again tomorrow morning to get my life back on track and ready for pregnancy. I'm off birth control and have been for several days. I've got a month to make any improvements because we want new beginnings starting next month.

Good things are to come. emoticon

Nightmare of a week.

Wednesday, July 21, 2010

I am having a nightmare of a week. I'm doing all that I can just to mellow out. I gave my current family that I'm a nanny for a two-weeks notice then all goes "down hill." Yesterday, returning from a bounce house the kids, we are locked out of the house (the parents never did give me their key). I'm told to meet the father at their Kabahl Center, which I'm entirely uncomfortable being at, and wait there for an hour.

Then, today, the little girl pushes her 2 year old brother and he falls on his bottom. He starts up this "ankle" act saying, "booboo" and gimping on it and won't stop! Nothing was wrong with his foot! I had him move and wiggle it, he stomped on it when we sang "if you're happy and you know stomp your feet." emoticon My nerves are fried and frazzled.
