It seems that I am finally getting the swing of working out on a more regular basis. I continue to struggle with this, but I am hopeful that I can keep it going.
My day class this fall is in the afternoon, so if I can keep my motivation to workout going in the morning, then I will succeed.
Still trying to get rid of the last three pounds, but am content with my weight if that is what my body needs. My eating is under control, so that is and has been conquered. I have increased my fruits and veggies this challenge, which makes me happy.
Keeping it real and continuing to change my mindset and what I need to do for me.
Could not do this without the support of my SP friends.
