Iíve already completed my lower body core strength work this morning and plan on walking and working out with my Core Rhythms DVD. I enjoy these 2 new dvdís that Iíve had but never tried them out. My endurance is more than when I viewed them so now I AM DOING them! This is part of the journey that makes you want to shot from the rooftops: IíM MAKING PROGRESS!!!
Had oatmeal with almond milk, banana and low carb yogurt for breakfast. Lunch will be barley soup and salad, and sandwich. Dinner will be a Lean Cuisine plus broc and carrots. Two snacks or three if I need another but Iím making it happen with staying on the low end of my calories. I CAN DO THIS!
Working on the book through the day also. I normally work in the evenings but I need sleep and since Iíve been going to sleep (actually falling) earlier I rather write in the day. I set my own schedule. Iím also working on my Greeting Card business so Iím putting action to my Words and Believing that I WILL get it going THIS YEAR!!!

Thatís where Iím taking my walk because we are going to be in the mid 70ís today and Iím taking advantage of that. Walking is so easy to doÖSingingÖĒOne foot in front of the other!Ē
So how has your month been? I guess mines have been busy since this is my first Blog of the month. I have been involved with the January Jumpstart Challenge and all the extra workouts keep me busy. I kept up my normal strength work and amount of cardio minutes and I tell you towards the end I was very fatigued. Iím analyzing my workout plan to decrease the time and increase the intensity. I think that will help me meet my weight loss goal this year. The new videos that we were introduced to were great and I plan on using them again. I believe this will be the GREATEST Year Iíve been on Spark and I PLAN on reaching my weight loss goal THIS YEARÖ2012!
I want to thank all that gave me goodies or comment on my feed or page and I have not recognized you. I do see and I get an email every time someone comments on my friend feed. Forgive me for my slowness. Iíve been working hard on my bookÖrewriteÖand I feel good about my progress. I have a lot of other goals to achieve this year that I am working hard on and I expect to achieve much this year.
I am determined to be all that Iím supposed to be. Using ALL the Gifts that God gave me FREELY so that I can have to give to those who are in need.

Remain Consistent in my Workouts!
DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER!
Sleep 8 hours per night!
Eat Plenty of Fruits and Veggies. Try new Foods for Variety.
CUT BACK ON SUGAR!
That's it in a nutshell. Like I mentioned before I do have other goals in my personal life so Iím racing towards meeting them all. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME THE STRENGTH!
