HOW ARE YOU ALL DOING TODAY! READY FOR ANOTHER GREAT MONTH? I AM FOR SURE
So This Is My BIRTHDAY Month. Born on the 22nd! I’m Celebrating Each Day In Some Way In Honor Of My Birthday. Yesterday I Celebrated by Walking 5 miles at the Park. (I couldn’t walk that fast at the Mall…plus It probably was full of people.) I Cleaned My Kitchen Counter of Clutter. Well…Actually a Basket I keep My Foil and the Like In. lol Today I Went To Dollar Tree. See…Simple Things Make Me Happy!

On Another Note. I’m involved in the Write A Novel In A Month and This is The Month. Anyone Can Enter and You Don’t have to be a Professional Writer. You Just Write…They will not read it but only Count the Words. Goal: 50000 Words. Everyone that reaches that Goal Wins A Book or Something Like That. Go To www.nanowrimo.org For more information. I’m already over 2500 words. I’ll get there this year because I’ve been writing all year. IT'S FREE & FUN!

In one of my Teams we are logging our food and Giving ourselves The Happy Face Goodie When for the days we do. Any are welcome to join in rewarding yourself for logging your food.

Something Funny: I walked my 5 miles on yesterday and I was really tired. I saved my strength training for later. In the middle of doing upper body with hand weights I FELL ASLEEP! emoticonI woke up at 2:30 a.m. wondering what happened. I was on my 4th move resting. So I had to do lower body today to make up for what I missed.

Just wanted to check in and I will be writing more blogs this month to report on my progress on my writing and how I’m celebrating my birthday month and my inches that keep coming off. I’m Pumped With The Power To Succeed!!!!

BLAZING IT UP FOR OCTOBER! emoticon

HAPPY WEDNESDAY MY SPARK FAMILY! emoticon

I’ve been putting off writing a blog but not on purpose. Been trying to keep up with logging my food which takes a little bit of time and getting those workouts completed
daily. But I’m doing pretty well with it all. If I’m not able to log that certain day I always write it down in my “Fitness” Journal. I write down my meals and workout for the day. I also list my scripture reading for that day (Read Through the Bible). In one of my teams this is our Challenge and it has Inspired me to Read and Meditate More. Then there’s the normal journal writing news I sometimes write down. Anything that has a big impact for the day will go in there also. I’ve written in Diaries since childhood. The best way for me to cope…at the time…with being overweight and feeling alone and ostracized. (I spelled that word correctly! Lol)

Journaling is Great for the Soul. It helps get off your heart those Heavy things that shouldn’t be there any way. Sometimes they are. We shouldn’t dwell in them. Move Forward and shake it off. Aim for Peace and Joy in your Hearts. That’s the Way God Wants Us to Live Our Lives. We are not putting our heads in the sand, but we are not dwelling on the negative as if we have no hope. Every situation has Hope. We have to keep it alive. Look at the End of the situation and Expect A Great Outcome. Shall I just Say Look On the BRIGHTER SIDE. See the SUCCESS. That’s the WAY Our Father Sees Everything About Us. Successes. That’s WHO WE ARE to HIM NOW!

So Great Success…What’s on YOUR Plate Today? This is Wing It Wednesday and I’m not sure what I’m having for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is Oatmeal. LoL Of course.
I’m also Walking 4 miles at the Park now up from 3 and have increased my Strength Training to 4 times a week and added extra moves on some days. Still pumping that Cardio Dance and boy are the inches coming off! That’s how I’m Heating it Up in October.

Do What You Need to Do and Can Do With All of Your Heart. God Works With Our Sincere Efforts All the Time. WE CAN DO IT WITH GOD…ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Love All of My Wonderful Friends! You Make Me Enjoy My Journey of a Lifetime! Thank You for ALWAYS Obeying God. You Say JUST what I NEED to Hear AT the Time. emoticon

    Well I am not what I need to do with all my heart lately. I am still on the battlefield though. You know what I mean Deb! I don't have the time to do my 2-3hrs workouts but I am curbing my appetite & making plans to eat the burger out. I am pushing myself & I feel good about that. My tummy is trying to stick out & I refuse to be a promoter of Sparkpeople & not be shapely. OKAY! lol

How was Your Weekend? I had a Great Weekend even though I didn't walk Outside because it was Too HOT. I had a Great Cardio Dance Workout on Sunday & I'm Loving All the Changes and The Energy It Gives Me! Always have loved to Dance. Wanted to Be a Soul Train Dancer...but the WEIGHT stopped me. lol NOT FROM DANCING THOUGH!

I wanted to Encourage YOU ALL to keep on doing what's working for you and change up if you are at a dead end. Changing up is what helps me all the time. The variety in workouts and what we eat is tremendous and we ALL can change some part of our journey that will Reap Great Rewards. emoticon

    Glad warm weather found you Girl! Its cooler & rainy here, the guy fixin on my truck bless his heart did most of the work in the rain. The job took him 6hours of putting on sparkplugs. I definitely appreciated it & overpaid, I would've overpaid at the shop. lol

Just Checking in to see how everyone is doing. We are Halfway through another month. These Days Are Swiftly Moving Out The Way! emoticon

I've been having a pretty good month. Excellent workouts and body changes. Staying on point most of the time with my nutrition. Been eating a lot of black beans lately. emoticon Still eating BREAKFAST. And of course I'm sure that is playing a part in my Progress. emoticon

Today I walked 3 miles at a park I used to frequent over a year ago. I realized that my fitness level has increased because I wasn't winded the way I used to be previously. Plus I'm walking much faster. It was such an exhilarating experience. I even ran into a woman who remembered me and she complimented me on how much weight I've lost. That was so MOTIVATING! emoticon

This journey has taught me so many beneficial things. I've learned much from Spark and the many friends I have interacted with. I Do Appreciate You All! emoticon
I Say This Often Because I Think of You All Often and Am Motivated By You and Your Encouragement. I Couldn't Do This Without All of Your Support! emoticon

And isn't God something special...to send the lady to speak words to uplift you WOW
And only because it's true we Love you too! & thanks for my sparkgoodie it means a lot to me. And work is going good. Hard but good and i'm almost through with my probation period. So that's exciting. Plus God sends his angels of encouragement by every week to keep me going.
Exercise could use a push but hopefully i'm closer..
you are defiantly an inspiration to me.
