I have started eating breakfast. I knew to do it but my timing was off and I just didn't feel hungry. I set my work schedule to be at night when it's quieter. So I stay up longer and then my meals are later. BUT I'VE CHANGED THAT.
So I consistently ate breakfast everyday since this month started.
I am Consistent in my workouts and they have become the part of my day that gives me the most motivation in this journey.
I have been consistent in my time spent on Spark.
I consistently log my food now.
I have always been consistent in logging my Daily Fitness.
You Get the Picture. Of course I've been doing better all around and I'm Consistently Spending Time With God so I Can Keep this Consistent Streak Going!

Hopefully in a month I will be brave to take a full picture and post it. I do have a little problem with my "chest". lol But I'll get over it. But I'm happy in the changes and thank God for His Help.

Now I'm closer to my goal and much healthier and more confident in my life. I am so happy to see another month. I am excited that this year is flying by and I'm going to make the most of it.
I've decided to REBOOT. That means I'm pushing the button and giving it MORE than I've ever had before!
I had a healthy breakfast of Oatmeal, raisins and Almond milk. That's the way to start a day. I had been skipping breakfast for most days on purpose. I've decided that I need to eat my calories earlier than later. So no more missing breakfast unless I'm on a Spiritual Fast. Oatmeal is quite filling and I've always loved it for any meal or snack.
I'm regulating my time and stick to a schedule that gives me more sleep. It's our decision to get the proper sleep each day and no matter what others say...THERE IS ENOUGHT HOURS IN THE DAY TO GET WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO EACH DAY...Sorry. lol
I'm DRINKING ENOUGH WATER!!!
I am determined to be the BEST ME that GOD Created me to be. There's no other option in my life. I am a Blessed Woman of God and I know it. I'm going to Show it! I trust God with All my Heart and I am a SUCCESS NOW! I see it. Just like God...My Father. What a Blessing to KNOW!
Do What YOU must do to get What you have not been doing DONE! But...no matter what I say...YOU HAVE TO WANT THIS BAD!!!!!

It's a myth that eating late will make you gain weight. Your body doesn't know what time it is when you eat, and it metabolizes all calories the same way, regardless of the time of day they are eaten. There is no real concern with eating late or close to bedtime, unless you find it disrupts your sleep or makes you feel a sick when you lie down to go to bed.

Don't ever forget that. We all have our own pace. Forget about the pace of others. What can you do and in your Strength that God gives you? We sometimes fall to the wayside because we are focused too much on the pace of others and everything that they are accomplishing that you somehow feel short of. Don't think like that!
We are ALL Winners right now. See the End before you start. That's with Anything. That's How God CREATED EVERYTHING. He saw His Finished Product at the Beginning.
We are well able to get to each goal in our lives. Have Faith in God. Have Faith in Yourself.
