HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Saturday, June 18, 2011

emoticon emoticon emoticon

FATHERS…
Fathers are so Amazing
Especially if they are Raising
Their children Alone
Because the mother is gone…
…in some way.
Father’s are more than BBQ Kings
The taste of their Hot Wings
More than the songs they Sing
More than the Gifts they Bring…
…in so many ways.
He’s Protector
A debt Collector
The car Mechanic
The one that says don’t Panic…
…in such a soothing way.
Fathers are full of Love
Blessings from Above
There when you Cry
And won’t even ask Why
They are Anointed from on High…
…they are loved Always!

CELEBRATE EVERY TRIUMPH!

Saturday, June 11, 2011

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I was thinking the other day about Jesus and in his own town The Bible states that He could not do too many great works because of unbelief but Healed a few sick folks. BUT HE STILL HEALED SOME OF THEM. It was still a Blessing and that did not stop Him.

In all areas of our lives we might want to get frustrated because the outcome is not the way we would like it to be.

Weight loss is only a pound.
You only could walk 20 mins one day.
You only could do 8 reps of pullovers.

But anything you do towards your goals in every area are great feats. There is nothing too hard for you to do when you have faith in God and what He can do through you.

Never give up on yourself. Celebrate small victories just like the big ones. The small victories are the ones that lead you to the bigger Triumphs.

Many days I could just fold up and give up but I am on a mission and I expect the Successful outcome in every area and for each goal I have. I'm never giving up! emoticon

As I continue on this journey of staying fit and healthy I will cheer those who have met their goals on with great joy because truly they show me that it can be done.

I CELEBRATE YOU TODAY! HAPPY SATURDAY AND ENJOY THE REST OF YOUR WEEKEND!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Many Blessings to You All!

I try to celebrate & smile as often as I possibly can. Some believe that you should wear your brokenness on your sleeve but I find that I will share if I am going through but I try to keep it upbeat lest I fall into the trap of staying in a eternal pity party.lol God bless & thank you for sharing!     I so agree with you, little steps are to be celebrated. The little things add up, and can mean great losses. It is what gives us hope, knowing that five minutes here and there add up to hours, days, weeks, months, and years!!!
Well said.

JUNE IS ON!

Sunday, June 05, 2011

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

HAPPY SUNDAY AND HAPPY JUNE!

Determined is my word for JUNE. I will get some more results. Today I put on this skirt that was a little tight a while back so I didn't even try to put it on. So I have it on and I feel so slim. emoticon

I know we all like to see that scale move but I rather be able to fit my clothes and notice the inches leaving by how many times I have to put belts on with pants now. (I hate belts) emoticon

Been eating much better and staying within my calories. That is such a great thing for me. Well...snacking at night was a problem because I'm up working so sometimes I get the snack bug. But God...He is always helping me out...Always! emoticon emoticon emoticon

So if you think you didn't have a successful month of May, measure yourself or try on some tight clothes and see how they fit and your new numbers. Working out and eating well sleeping and drinking water are very important and births Happy results! emoticon

We are in the 6th Month and if you have not turned up the pace...Just Do It! For those of us who have 2011 Goals WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES US STRENGTH! emoticon

Many Blessings to You All!
Have a Wonderful Week!

MY WORKOUTS ARE LIKE MY BREATHING...HAVE TO...

Thursday, May 19, 2011

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

HAPPY THURSDAY WINNERS! YES...I'M TALKING TO YOU! emoticon emoticon

In the Bible, there's a Scripture that commands us to do EVERYTHING as to the Lord. I'm saying it INCLUDES Working Out. emoticon

Yes it can be toiling...if that's the way you approach it. So many Sparkers & others have learned to just LOVE Working out. It's part of our lifestyle...LIKE BREATHING.

So if I think of it that way...I can't live without working out. It's too simple to just do SOMETHING. Unless you are physically challenged. Doctor's should always be consulted if you are new to working out or have some type of sickness or disease.

But most of us can do it. Even if you weight in multitudes of hundreds.

Walk emoticon

Run emoticon

Jump emoticon

Kick emoticon

Dance emoticon

Tone emoticon

Stretch emoticon

No matter what it is do it with all of your might. YOUR MIGHT...that's different for each and every one of us.

Yes we may lose it for a couple of days or even months. But shake it off and JUST DO Something.

You will enjoy a Happier and more Fulfilling Life When You do.

Just wanted to Share. emoticon

I DEEPLY APPRECIATE YOU ALL! emoticon

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND...FRIDAY IS RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK DAY... emoticon

Love Ya!

Very inspiring Deb!! I actually have to dig deeper each time these days the bed is just way too comfy. lol So it takes me about 10-20mins to stop looking at the clock til its over to just get into the repetitions & move on. Some times after I get where I want to be I hate to stop. This has been my biggest problem even over healthier eating habits. I burn myself & then poof I stop. This time I have a goal set for the next 5months lost 3-5lbs every month until I am at goal & then go into maintenance.

Thank you for this blog!!

God bless!
