So I have some BIG goals for the month! I will work Hard to get them accomplished. With God ALL things are possible. I'm counting on you to cheer me on as I do the same for you. I will work hard and strong. I'm ready for more results. God is so good to us all. He can make changes happen to your body if you stay in Faith and Love and only Believe!!!

It's a great idea to have goals for the month that will get you through the month and the end of the year if necessary! Think Big and go for it!!!

My goals for November:
* Lose 10 lbs this month. I'm dreaming BIG and aiming HIGH
* Eat within my calorie range of 1200-1550.
* Workout doing strength training 5 times a week.
* Cardio as often as possible.
* Increase breathing and stretching exercising.

It was a Great Day today in Tulsa fellowshipping after Church at Panera Bread with a couple of friends.
I had the Soup and 1/2 Sandwich. Soup was lowfat Chicken Tortilla soup and had the plain smoked turkey w/out mayo. Had an apple...then I ate an oatmeal raisin cookie while talking. That will get you all the time...but I'm not going to sweat that. It happens and might even happen again. I love oatmeal raisin cookies.
We left late coming back home from Tulsa mainly my fault for lingering a little longer with my two good friends. But it was a great ride and won't have to go back again for a while.
So How was your day? Did you eat too much at lunch? Miss your breakfast? Ate half the candy you bought to take to your Autumn party or Hallelujah Celebration? Ate your children's candy...almost all of it?
How Did You Do Today? Don't get wiped out about it. Monday is a new day and a new Month for greater goals!

Been having a great day today. Glorious Wednesday. Having a time going through new friends pages and old friends and knowing I am here for a purpose. And so are each of you!
Encouragement and Motivation is the Push someone might need to get them up out of that rut. Many times I have wanted to throw in the towel when I've made it hard for myself. This is not hard...it's work. No magic Pill Drink Machine or Move will change us over night.
Slow and Steady is sometimes the best way to do this lifestyle change. We have to Quit complaining and just do what we know is right and keep doing the work.
Be happy. God's People are Happy People. He is with us. We are never Alone. I am so happy to be among such wonderful caring people.
You truly are friends who stick closer than any brother. We are making it happen together.
I went and bought more fruits and veggies. Almond milk...love it! I got Multigrain bread to change up because I'm eating so many other items full of Fiber. Don't want to confuse my body.
Don't take for granite the free tools we have to help us be successful people. I know I did in the past but Food Tracker is my friend. lol And I am growing so much reading all the articles. I thank SparkPeople for free workout videos. I am so very thankful for Jesus leading me to this wonderful site. 55 pounds gone and 33 more to go. Miracle. I AM MAKING PROGRESS!!!

Ok...I was just wondering something. It's pretty late her but I just finished eating my dinner. A plate filled with great veggies and man I am full!
Baked sweet potato
Lentils(my son claims he doesn't eat them so I will be eating them again. lol)
Green leaf lettuce
Small baked skinless chicken leg
So many people have a set time to complete their eating. I know in these days of workers with various schedules and everyone can't possibly eat their last meal before 10 pm. When I worked at night I had dinner at 3am.
Ok...the point and question is Does my body know what time I eat my last meal...or any of my meals. I read that it does not but I want to confirm it. That sweet potato and lentils were packed with carbs. Not really my friend. To eat a naturally sweet vegetable like this sweet potato was wonderful. I added cinnamon and stevia. I really did not need the stevia. Too good.
Jumped on that tram today for 30mins while on a pain pill so I'll see if I have any pain from doing that. Felt good. I did not over due it and that's why I only did it for 30 mins. I also am doing upper body strength work today. I have expanded my strength training. It does a body good.
I appreciate all who stop by. Sharing from my heart and trying to bring sunshine into each life that I come in contact with. Never trying to put anyone down nor myself. I am happy and hope you can tell. Loving to be on Spark for the rest of my life.
A CLOSER IS A HORSE THAT WAS LAST IN THE LATTER PART OF THE RACE, COMING FROM OFF THE PACE.
Sounds like the horse was lagging behind in the race and came and passed the leaders. I've seen this many times in movies. There's a movie out now about Secretariat. I remember that horse.
So I've been on this journey to fitness and health in all areas of my life. Started many years ago really but kept falling off the wagon thinking I was destined to remain overweight the rest of my life.
Well I'm coming from behind in this journey of mine and I can se the finish line. I have to keep going forward to reach my first goal so I can get to maintaining.
The Closer is one of my most favorite show at this time. I can watch it all long. Kyra Sedgwick is a Wonderful Emmy winning actress with a beautiful body. Her character as Chief Brenda is smart and slick and always gets her man or woman. She studies all of the evidence closely and ties up the loose ends when it seem like they had no leads. She's The Closer!
I am closely monitoring the evidence: logging my food and workouts. Making sure I am not doing things that can slow my race down. I may be here for the 3rd year but I'm on point and am going to do this no matter what. I am blessed to know that Jesus loves me and He has already won this battle for me. So I am running this race to get to the pace and win this race and closing my case . ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Loving my life on SparkPeople and making sure I get to meet as many members as I can to get motivation and to give motivation. It's better to give!
