Going to the Gym

I'm still going to the gym but not as often. I work at a Doctor's office and December is the worst month because our patient and reps love so much we are spoiled with all kinds of gooooooddddiiieees. Trying to stay focus but it sure is hard. Keep weighing myself and no change. I guess I a burning only the calories that I am taking in. As long as it doesn't go up I guess its okay for the month. Hope everyone is doing well during the holiday season.

    That's a good goal for this holiday season, as long as there's no gain, then you are at least maintaining. Focus and moderation will get you through.

    I know exactly what you mean because I also work in a doctor's office and yes patients and reps are bringing in the goodies like crazy. I mean who can resist some of the desserts/treats they bring in and not to mention my co-workers stating how good they taste while enjoying them. I also exercise just about everyday but I do not show any weight loss or gain thank goodness. Overrall, this is definetely going to be a tough month for us we just need to remember to do our best to stay focused and remember what are goal is and eat in moderation.

Completed a 5k today

Realy excited becausse I was able to fit in a 5k on the treadmill and actually stuck to my diet calorie intake. One step at a tiem.;
