Weighing Myself

I have a problem well more a fixation, I have to weigh myself each morning, so I have made a decision that I will only weigh in at least once a week.

Awhile ago I was putting on weight and nothing I was doing could help. I was putting on 1kg a day and I couldn't workout why. I finally went to the doctor and told him my problem. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I think ever since them I became almost a bit paranoid about putting on so much weight again, so I think that is why I started weighing myself everyday.

So I have weighed myself this morning and wont do it again until next Sunday.

    I weighed daily to start with too but 2 years on i am doing it weekly. It is tough

    My mother had Hoshimotos and had her thyroid removed. She is on thyroid medicine and even with all of the other health issues she has, has still managed to lose 110lbs. It isn't always easy, but with determination and good choices, you can do it. emoticon

    Don't keep the scale out in sight so it won't be so tempting. I weigh myself every day (sometimes more than once...shame on me). I need to kick the habit....addiction. Well wishes coming your way!

Great Workout

I had a great Circuit workout yesterday morning @ my gym.. I am feeling the benefits of it today..I can hardly move lmy legs. I winge about feeling sore but also love it as it means I have actually worked hard, so it is a good pain. emoticon emoticon emoticon

First Weigh In

I did my first weight in this morning and I have lost 1.2kg. I am very happy with this and my goal was to lose at least 1kg a week. emoticon goal achieved this week.

Back @ the Gym

I have had a cold for the last couple of weeks, finally I got to do my Jog/Walk on Saturday morning and today is my first day back at the Gym for nearly two weeks. I did a circuit class, which is a bit of cardio and a bit of weights. I found it a bit of and effort today. I burnt 333 calories normally I would burn over 400 but I figure that is because I have been sick and will soon get back into the swing of things. emoticon emoticon

Day three

I have had a cold for just over a week and couldn't exercise, so today finally got back into it, I did my 4km Jog/Walk this morning and it felt good to get back into it.
