Oh my, is it ever hot! 4 days in a row of record heat. I am just exhausted and now am getting horrible cramps on the insides of my upper legs. Not sure if it's because I got over-heated at work, no air, and we have to wear flame-retardant long sleeved shirts and long pants. Just feel 100% drained. Tried to do a bit of a workout but don't think anything close to a real workout is going to happen tonight. Think I'm going to find a very large and very cold glass of water.
Hoping for relief from the heat soon! Stay cool everyone!

In about an hour we are leaving. I just realized that I won't be able to log in while I am gone....OH NO!! My niece is getting married and we are going to be staying in some cabins, almost the whole family, my son and husband are the ones not coming by choice, my niece and nephew because their mother is pulling a power trip. There will be no way to get the internet. I don't have that option on my cell phone and not sure if anyone else does.
The drive is going to be a long one, 4 hours. Glad we are leaving tonight and not early tomorrow!

Had the grand daughter today and she was so funny. She is just a little over 5 months now and is really starting to be her own mini person! She sure fights naps though, so we walked, and as long as we walked she would sleep, but only if we walked!!

I am going to try to get back to the gym today. Lungs and chest still feel a bit funky but need to do something. Have a wedding coming up this weekend and will be out of town so won't be able to make it to the gym, but hope to do some walking!

This last week was a BAD week. I just had a bad attitude about everything. Early in the week wasn't able to get into the locker room at the gym, then the rest of the week I was sick. Really felt rotten so I used that as an excuse not to do much of a work out, they used it not to do any workout. Went to the doctor on Friday and she said I had "The Crud" just have to wait it out. Drink extra fluids, rest, that sort of stuff. My head feels like it is going to blow up and my chest hurts from coughing. Ughhhh. Then of course they have to weigh you at the doctors office and I about cried, the numbers are really climbing back up.
I hope this goes away soon, hopefully the attitude will improve then and the numbers will be nicer........

    Hard to feel like doing anything when you have the hacking, creepy crud.

Have had enough of that in my life. Thanks to exercise and eating right I haven't had it for quite some time.

Keep trying to do better every day and you'll feel more like yourself again! emoticon, Maria

    Hang in there!! This, too, will pass. When our body is out of kilter everything else is too. Take care of yu rself and you'll be back on track before you know it.
