So, I'm going to start my own personal challenge come tomorrow; there are more than 12 weeks left before hubby and I fly to the west coast to see family (beginning of May).
Here is what the challenge will look like:
*don't skip meals
*drink plenty of water
*get enough fiber & protein
*eat low GI
*exercise; not just the body but portion control as well
*no junk food; no soda; no fruit juices
*balance by plate and make it colourful (eat the rainbow)
this challenge will also include my morning & evening routines as well as remembering to take the one medication that I am on, the krill oil capsule and the calcium.
So, there it is...some of these things will be easy (like no soda), others will be a little more "challenging" (pun intended)...LOL
Hopefully, this will help me to lose a little more weight, get me more fit and in better shape and just generally look and feel better...here we go...
