I met with my trainer last week and told him how I was struggling with cutting my calories and how when I increased them, I lost some more weight. He suggested I still cut calories now but keep it at 1800 per day, which is 200 less per day. When he put it THAT way I realized that it's only one or two things per day to cut out so it's not as bad as my subconscious mind thought it was. I don't think I realized it until he said it. So I did go over that 3 out of the last 7 days, but have done pretty well otherwise considering it was a holiday weekend. I kept it under what I had been eating though, which is good.
This is the 3rd say in the 160's and it feels great. It's working and I'm in the next stage of my journey. Wish me luck! :)
