i've been playing with the same 5 pounds for several weeks now and I'm annoyed. I have had a hard time staying within my calorie range. I do really well for a few days and then not so good. In general, I'm eating REALLY well and I'm proud of that but I'm still frustrated. Sometimes I just get HUNGRY at night and go over my calories. I do everything I can think of - drink more water, do something else, etc., but just can't help it. Ugh.
The good news is that I've lost an inch in my waist and hips in the past month so that's a good thing. So why am I so frustrated?
Today is a new day and I'm looking forward to getting through this. Wish me luck!
