Okay. I am starting this 4 week plateau busting thing. I thought that I'd mix it up because I have lost all motivation! My first and main focus will be to get the 8 glasses of water down! That's a nice baby step. I drank 5 glasses today so 8 is on the way.
Next? No next! Baby steps!
Okay, hula hoop for 30 minutes everyday. But what about my knitting? I can't even stand and knit so hula hooping while knitting is out of the question. I've got so much that I want to knit and so little time!
Back to Spark People! I'm writing it down so I mean it. Eight glasses of water and 30 minutes of hula hooping. Maybe I'll teach myself the "lasso" and without breaking anything!
As far as TV, I have almost caught up on my "Psych" episodes. Why did I wait? They are so funny! Less TV also!
