Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.
I've been feeling a little blue today...maybe because I'm tired and feeling a little off, maybe because it's been so damn gloomy for the last few weeks and hasn't been the easiest getting outside for exercise. But, I have to remember that there is something good in everything. Maybe the gloomy weather is a way to help me change things up and keep me interested in exercising.
