A case of "Morticia Addamsism"?

Saturday, July 21, 2012

Had a somewhat busy day with shopping / getting dirt to build up the front flower beds , stuff to try to fix where the water might be coming in/ getting BAWLED out for being tired and watching a couple of minutes of TV (and thinking hey I worked hard this week too) trying to babysit whatever it really is that's bothering me (whether or not it is or isn't a "H@#!&A" right now doesn't bother me as much as wanting it to GO AWAY!!!!) then doing some other things around the house - I thought I had gotten a good night's sleep and then nodded off a few times watching TOP GEAR which I NEVER DO. I watched another hour's worth and then the missus fell asleep so I felt the urge to go lay down went to bed and Anna curled up with me and we both fell asleep I hadn't meant to (HONEST) but I felt like I was drugged.
I then got up and thoroughly vacuumed the whole upstairs . I never thought it was that much work before but then I wanted to do a good job. I have more things to do tomorrow but for some weird reason I seem to have an under lying sense of URGENCY to do them THIS year- DECEMBER 21/2012 anyone??

You rang? LOL. Yes, December 21, 2002. The totally creepy thing is that it is my anniversary. I told my hubby that I would marry him if I didn't have to do anything. My only request was that I did not want to get married on December 21st so what day does he pick?????!!!!!

You got lots done. Maybe the hernia is sapping your strength.

MINIME119 7/22/2012 12:57PM too:) Last night I printed a calendar through the end of the year and began filling in the days with things I feel must be completed. Urgently!

I've done goal setting like this before but in chunks of time....not necessarily a year end deadline.

Want a physically, emotionally, and spiritually clean and organized 2013. And I will have it.

spark wheel

Friday, July 20, 2012

I keep wonder how to break the drought of spark wheel login and bonus points - getting tired of just getting two's and three's with the very odd five thrown in.
I see my old friend the (non according to my gp) hernia is back its been bothering me especially after I threw something into to the scrap metal bin (OUCH), I am still going to give it the mental FINGER and exercise anyways.

another interesting day ahead

Thursday, July 19, 2012

I see that there was yet another employee who took one of my employer's cars and decided to play tag with either a deer or perhaps a moose or some other LARGE ungulate, I will let you guess who won! (LARGE MAMMAL 1 CROWN VIC 0 )
If I were to reveal any more about my employer I am certain I would let the proverbial cat out of the bag (they are THAT ICONIC). Of course then I am CERTAIN someone will think "oh how could they POSSIBLY be a BAD employer" except trust me THEY ARE.

Yeah years ago I worked for a telecom company up here and one of the guys I worked with ran into a deer with his S-10 Blazer - he got rode - for about a year his name was "DEER HUNTER " LOL . I recall going moose hunting with Dad and seeing NOTHING then I went back to work and went out to a microwave radio site and there were 5 of the buggers licking snow off the gravel road - GRRRRR !!!

No one ever knows the truth unless you live it. Just as no one what really happens in a marriage.

Well nothing too much to add - I got to go on a couple of "road trips" (in the city ) so I got away for a couple of hours with the S-10 pick-up we have for a shop truck it was nice to have AC (too bad they were playing mostly crap on the radio - the classic rock station I usually listened to hasn't played anything from Floyd for months- they used to play at least one song when I was out and about - I guess I should start using my stereo at home if it was still hooked up that is ) emoticon

Most of my jobs were the same. Nothing but a huge pain in the butt.

I have so been there. I found that it helped being able to workout. In fact I used working out as a way of letting out my frustration. It helped to imagine kicking the butt of the people who had made me day awful. I hope it gets better for you. emoticon
