Yeah I'm here doing my SP, going into what I missed & here I thought I was being given points..
NOT!!
I seen I had 91 points so far-ok that's really great,BUT here I am thinking I'm collecting more points just to go & check it out that I still have 91 points..(did at least 10 I missed)
When we click on to receive points if we reached our limit we get a message on SOME of the points limits but what gives..
Sitting here with my butt killing me trying to get all I have done for NOTHING!!

YES that is just what I tried to do..
BUT little did I know that the 'good'I THOUGHT I was doing was creating a GREAT heath problem for me.
YES I had a very busy day yesterday with work & all BUT I was taken to the emergency room cause of a 'reactin' my skin was having after working in my garden on saturday before going to work.
I had purchaced 8 bags of the red wood chips to place around in my garden to look nice.
WELL the stuff the company treats the wood chips with has a weed killer in it.
YES I wore long pants socks sneakers & I had long sleeve shirt on & heavy garden gloves.
YES I moved the chips around by a gloved hand & I racked them out too.
I didnt know the weed killer was hurting me(the dust was in contact with my clothing).
I when finished with my gardening I had to get ready for work which yes I had to take a shower which felt like the water was kinda too hot.I kept on turning up the cold water so I could finish.
WELL that shower activated the weed killer on me,I have blistered skin everywhere on me except my face which the Dr, thought was strange.
I am now on prednisone for the next two weeks,I even HAD to miss my workout this morning for no sleep last night didnt get home till almost 4am.
I couldnt even get on here to do my SP,cause of being in the hospital.
SO this BLOG is a warning to all who garden PLEASE beware of what is in the wood chips, heck even the bag never listed the what was in it the weed killer poison control contacted the Company to get them.
I was also told to beware of the mulch you get from bulk/trucked cause it may have poison ivy or oak in it.
I never used it before & NOW I am ever so sorry I did.
SO this is heads up to all!

What a week I have had with keeping on SP.
Heck I want to so bad to answer & finish all my messages but I hit a brick wall with alot on here.
Ok I get a message well comment on mypage I go to answer it & I get booted off!
WHAT THE *%#@!! 3 times yesterday & once the day before.
IF not booted I get a Internet Explorer page that wont let me go anywhere or the page freeses up.
I'm so flustered on this,is anyone else having problems too.
Heck I contacted my internet provider NOTHING was found.
Dell, said nothing is wrong too.
HMM what is it!!
Oh or if you want to add an emotion OMG!! I have waited 2-5 minutes for it to come up..I HAVE RR Turbo..WHAT gives.
I know I'm not getting all my messages at least not like before all of this.
I just hope what ever it is STOPS & lets me DO my SP!!

Yepper all you women out there.
To get a full benefit from your strenght training they say to NOT use the little girlie 3lb weights yet not even 5lb weights.
YA got to shoot for a weight that is a bit of stress & you can feel with each lift.
I was watching the TV show the Doctors, & they said that to keep your engine burning you have to create muscle & you cant do it with the little weights & 1000 reps!..lol
Ok Me I use a controlled weight lift
I'm up to lifting 110lbs which is 55lbs on each side..
GOT to laugh about this cause my hubby cant do it!
HE is 50lbs heavier than I & he can only control 45lbs on each side.
BUT i watch him & he is doing it like it's so easy.
I told him to add more weight ...YEAH RIGHT.
WELL I know that the TV show is so correct cause I feel muscle & see more muscle & I'm truely LOVING IT!!
SO work it like a MAN!!!
