On day 2 of portion eating! Stopped the eating 3 huge meals a day to eating 6 smaller portions throughout the day which is doing me GREAT! I am no as hungry anymore! When I used to eat 3 meals a day i would totally get so hungry in between which would cause me to find whatever to eat. Now I pick my meals a day ahead of time and I don't know why it took me this long to start LOL. I also started cooking more healthy meals for my family. Made back chicken topped with red/green onions, small side of white rice, & black beans. It was YUMMY!!!!
