5 o'clock in the morning

Saturday, January 15, 2011

Hi All, me and my dog Ricky walk early in the morning (5:00 am) for exercise and his morning constitution. Some time we must walk in the street facing the on coming traffic (way to go). It has snowed quite a bit here in Cleveland so when possible we hit the streets. It is not possible when the trucks first throw the salt on the streets. Businesses here keep the side walks pretty much passable for people to walk on. They load the pavement with much salt and in some places it is like walking on gravel. It's OK for shoes and boots and for keeping pedestrians up-right, but animal paws take a beating. It would be so nice if one half the walkway got salt and the other half none. My dog loves the snow but not the salt. My Ricky is a Rot-Wailer, Lab mix with big paws any one out there who make boots for big dogs? emoticon

Hi all, iT's chooseoff, and I certainly do choose to get the excess weight off. i wish all of us the blessings of success in all that we strive to accomplish in our quest for weight loss. My prayer daily is that I grow through what I go through, and I am passing it on to all who are in a positive mode. Have a fantastic journey while also being a motivator! emoticon
