Frustrated!

No, I haven't been 100% spot on with healthy eating and drinking. But, I have really improved things. But the scale is not showing it and clothes barely are! Since January 1, only down 2-4 pounds. Going up, down, up, down, UP.
It has been two years since the last time I re-adjusted my eating. Last time, the weight came off so easily. And this time, my workouts are much, much harder. Frustrated!!

I recently purchased several FitDecks at Amazon. They are great. The packs are the size of a deck of cards. Lots of different decks to choose from - Body Weight, Dumbells, Stretching. As someone who usually only runs, this is a great way to add new challenges, without much thinking.

Switching it Up

Forced myself to do an interval run last night. 4.5 miles, alternating between 7.0 mph, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6. Hard run.
Now, to start adding weights into my program!

Ran my fastest mile ever, at 7:30. Went for one more speed run and made 7:32!

Getting Back on Track

Looking forward to starting the BL contest at work. Weigh in is Friday. I may not have tons of weight to lose, but will be fun and motivational. My weight is higher than it has ever been (not counting pregnancies...), so a good time to learn about spark site, ramp out workouts and improve eating...and drinking (so long nightly cocktails),
