I am looking forward to this challenge.This will be my first challenge on Spark People:)
This is assignment number 1.
Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go?
What is your exercise plan?
Work out to Wii Walk It Out at least 4 times a week for an hour each time.If I am away I will walk an hour that day.
Strength train twice a week for 30 minutes each time.
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods?
I don't like the word diet.I am counting my calories and tracking on SP Nutrition Tracker.Will try my best to get in at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Do you know how to connect with your team mates?
I am looking forward to being on a private team and getting to know everyone and share my Spark Points around to encourage everyone with Spark Goodies.
