An Update On Measurements

7 Weeks Ago ... I took my measurements and then set some goals, and I just wanted to Update.

In July of 2006, I was at my fittest with the following measurements:

Bust 36 - Waist 34 - Hips 38

That is my GOAL.

December 6, 2009

Bust 39 - Waist 37.5 - Hips 41

December 13, 2009

Bust 39 - Waist 34.5 - Hips 40

Total Inches Lost: 4 inches

It just came to me, it is SO easy to get 10 minutes of exercise in a day. Any tye that can be done, and just think of what will come of it?? emoticon I am going to Challenge & Commit myself to doing 10 minutes of any type of exercise a day -7 days a week!!

.50 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Slices Medium Tomato
.50 Large Bell Pepper
.25 Cup Corn (If Desired)
Mrs Dash

3 Ounces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (Sliced)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta

3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese


Saute Veggies & Chicken In Oil

Boil Pasta & Drain

Toss Pasta W/ Veggies

Simmer In V-8

Sprinkle W/ Parmesan Cheese

A New Discovery About Food

I have discovered a few new foods that I LOVE! & that are AWESOME for your health and to aide in losing weight!!

1) Dannon Light & Fit Non-Fat Yogurt - I have tried Strawberry & Blueberry, both AMAZING. I do not like Non-Fat Yogurt, so this was a surprise to me, but I really like it.

2) Milled Flax Seed - I bought this at Wal-Mart next to the Flour & Sugar. I have put it in my Soup, Yogurt, Salad ... I cannot even tell it is there, except in my yogurt it is somewhat gritty, but not enough to say no too, because it is one of the best foods you can bless your body with!

3) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter SPRAY - This I discovered last year, and I have used it ever since, I don't even remember the last time I used Butter or Margarine, even for my children.

4) PAM - This is AWESOME stuff!!! Along with Olive Oil.

5) Smart Balance Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter - I have just discovered this in the stores, and it is WONDERFUL! I have eaten it with Ritz Whole Wheat Crackers, and on Apples.

I know there are so many more things, but these are my more recent discoveries!!

    I've been hesitant about flax seed. I know it's good for me, but I'm such a big texture person...
