Wow I have been so busy for the past year that I totally could not devote anytime to Spark People. So excited to log in and see so many of my Spark friends still here. I have been totally busy and hope to devote more time to Spark People. I recently graduated with my MBA and was currently excepted into a Doctorate program that I will begin January. I will be devoting the next three years of my life to school hoping to finish with a Ph.D in Interdisciplinary Studies.

I have been able to keep up with a healthy living and weight loss. Can't wait to stop by and check out the pages of my Spark People Buddies :)

Hello, I am really impressed. I am proud of you for all that you have accomplished. I graduated from college the same year my son, Craig (civpro1), graduated from high school. He lost 182 lbs. to be able to get into the Army reserves (at 42) and spent one year in Afghanistan. He's an attorney in the St. Louis area. I'm very proud of him too. He is on my friend's list-check out his Sparkpage. Best wishes, Cheryl

I just finished up my P90X Yoga and I have to say out of all the P90X programs, I will say that this is by far the toughest. However, it always puts me in a much better mood. If clears my mind and relieves my stress. I love P90X Yoga!!!!

Sometimes I need a break from Spark People but that doesnt mean taking a break from healthy living

Tuesday, December 28, 2010

I have been away from Sparkpeople for at least 4 months. I've been a member since 2005 and have taken many breaks from logging my food intake, fitness, and everything associated with SP. However, I always return for some reason and know that I am welcomed back at anytime. I've been busy and almost upon completing my MBA which is why I took such a long break. I didn't take a break from fitness though. I have maintained my fitness and healthy eating habits and still incorporate my Organic Diet. Well not a diet, its a lifestyle. However, I have picked up a couple pounds from the Holiday's and will be getting back to my vigorous workout routine. In the picture I am currently 158 lbs. Picked up 6 lbs during these last two months but ready to dive into SP again.

You sound very, very busy! You have your priorities right when you maintain your fitness and healthy eating habits. SP is a means to be accountable to ourselves. Keep up the great work!

Back from Vacation and maintained my healthly habits.

Friday, July 09, 2010

I have not been on Sparkpeople in about 2 weeks but I thought about it everyday while on vacation. I was able to take my healthly habits home and share them with my family and engage them in exercise. I went on vacation on June 25th and came back July 5th. I manage to stay at my current weight of 152 lbs and been losing a ton of inches. I feel great and I am glad to be back to sparkpeople.
