So, my calories (as well as some other items) were very low yesterday. I didn't try to make them that low, which is the weird part. I know my breakfast was pitiful. All I ate was a granola bar. That was circumstantial, because I had a 9:30 doctor appointment, so I just went straight from home. Usually I eat breakfast at work, but in this case I wasn't going to get to work until after 10 at the earliest, so I just ate the granola bar while I got ready at home. I purposely ate a True Delights one, because I know it has more calories that my usual ones, which are low-fat (140 instead of 90). Then I was so hungry I ate lunch at around 11:45. I bought it at the cafeteria at work, because I didn't bring my usual because I didn't want it sitting in the car getting warm while I was at the doctor's. So, I had a slice of quiche and a side of roasted vegetables, plus a brownie for a snack. Then, for dinner, my bf and I had Indian, and I had aloo ghobi, which is cauliflower and potatoes in a sauce, with rice, plus a mango lassi. I don't usually get that entree, but rather something like paneer tikka masala or chicken tikka masala, which are both higher in calories. Then, I didn't eat any snacks last night because I was so tired and kind of cold, that I just lied in bed reading until I went to sleep much earlier than usual, which was around 10. So, it just sort of worked out that I ended up very low in calories yesterday. I mean, take a look at my nutrition page if you'd like...I had under 1000 calories, and my range is 1500-1750. I couldn't believe it when I entered my dinner this morning and saw the total. It's just crazy to me because most days, I struggle to stay within my range and then yesterday happens...
