I'm doing alright today. I ate a nice breakfast of nonfat blueberry yogurt, fresh strawberries, a peanut butter/chocolate chip granola bar, and a cup of tea. I'm pretty hungry already for lunch, but I'll wait a little longer. I do really well at work with breakfast and lunch, and even snacks. Dinner is usually OK, sometimes better and sometimes worse. But, late-night snacking is still my downfall. It's just so hard not to snack at night! I've tried a few different things but in the end, I don't have great will power at that time of day.
