I don't know what it is about me and Friday's. I don't know if I am just tired and worn out from the week or what, but that seems to be my binging day. Yesterday started out as a normal Friday eating day. At lunch I was really hungry even after I ate my lunch, so I decided to buy a piece of pizza. I figured I would not eat that much for dinner. I went to my hairdresser's and she gave me a piece of pecan pie. Went home and made myself a sandwich for dinner. After that is when the binging started. I started eating the peanut M & M's, couldn't stop. Then I ate the WW 2 points bars along with another sandwich and some yougurt. I don't know what got into me, but I have got to control this type of binging. It's not like I don't ever allow myself sweets. I will have a taste of sweets just so I don't crave them. I have to stay completely away from the M & M's, but next time it could be cake or cookies. I plan on going to the gym hopefully, tomorrow to burn off a few of the extra calories I ate.
