Her workout that is... I have been doing the Jane Fonda one mile walk for a couple of weeks now. I just found out she is either 73 or 74. I am only 52 and do her workout. She does not even break a sweat. I did the workout yesterday and I think I twisted my knee while stretching. My mother is only a few years older than her and I can't imagine my mother being able to do any of those exercises. Anyhow, I did my 30 minutes, including stretching yesterday.
Now, today I can relax. I have off from work for two days. Very long weekend, but sad thing is, I don't get paid. Oh well, can't have it all.

I have been such a slacker these past couple of weeks. I finally got my butt off the couch and got my Jane Fonda workout in. I feel good and proud. I have been doing Weight Watchers and lost some weight, but have not been working out. Yesterday was very hard to track what I ate because I was running around so much with my son having the flu, taking him to Urgent Care, going grocery shopping, picking up his prescriptions, etc. I was really hungry, but didn't have time or food in the house to eat anything decent. I was munching on trail mix I was so hungry. Could have been worse, a candy bar or something like that.
We are slowly getting used to not having a dog in the house. I still do look for her or look outside to let her in, but it is becoming less and less.
We decided we will get a dog/puppy when the weather here in Pittsburgh breaks. There's nothing like walking a puppy in the snow and/or the rain and mud for an adventure.

These are all of the sweets that are currently in my house. And I wonder why I have a weight problem. LOL Who wouldn't with all of this in the house at one time. Unbelievable!!! Anyway, I am now on day thee of WW. Counting my points and Flex Points, staying within my range. Yesterday evening was tough. I wanted something to eat, anything, just something other than gum to put into my mouth. I just felt like picking at a piece of cake or yougurt or anything, but I had totalled my points and had even gone into 2 of the Flex points, so I just kept drinking water and eventually went to bed without eating anything. I was not hungry, but maybe bored, whatever. I doubt if I will have any time to exercise tonight. I will try. I have to help my son study for his social studies test and do my MIL's pills for the next two weeks. She takes about 15 different pills everyday, so this is not an easy or quick thing.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and for those of you who are off tomorrow, enjoy! We are making the day up as a snow day because we were all off in January.

After my melt dowm a few days ago, I decided that if I cannot go to Weight Watchers' meetings, that I can do it on my own. I wanted to go to the meetings because they have a new program and I wanted to try it. I was very successful on their program about 10 years ago and still have some of the materials. I asked on Freecycle if anyone had one of the old cardboard points calculator. Someone did and is mailing it to me and someone gave me the points calculations so with or without the cardboard slider. I did very well yesterday, so I am very hopeful that I can do this.
The bank reimbursed us one of the illegal activities, so we were able to buy groceries. Also, our son got paid and he is so sweet that he helps us out.
Ths sun is shining and it is actually warm, so I guess what I am saying is better days are ahead.
Thank you everyone for responding to my cries for help. I will personally thank each and everyone of you as soon as I can.
