HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVE

Wednesday, November 26, 2014

A lot of you will probably be busy tomorrow, so I wanted to wish everyone out there in Spark Land a very Happy Thanksgiving. My kids are cooking, but I will be home to lend a hand or two if they need it.
I have Thursday and Friday off of work, so I do plan on enjoying the long holiday. Monday I have to work, but no kids and/or teachers. I hope I can get a lot done. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Meeting was cancelled

Monday, November 24, 2014

Horrible meeting was cancelled per principal. Yeah! I had a two page document typed up to cover my assets.
I have off Thursday and Friday. I work on Monday, but no kids. Then, couple of weeks, christmas vacation. I work a couple of days, but no kids.

Down One Pound

Saturday, November 22, 2014

Weigh in was this morning. Down another pound. I wasn't as shocked as last week, more surprised. I can feel it in some of my clothes. That's the good news.
The bad news is, I have another meeting with my principal and assistant principal on Monday. I hate these meetings as they are always about what mostly my principal is unhappy about something in my job performance. Sometimes like this, I wish I could stay home and not have to work. This job is really tough and stressful and with me taking almost a month off for my gallbladder has not helped. Does no one have any type of empathy. I had a feeling this was coming as since I came back she has not been happy with the speed in which I was getting caught up. Well, I have typed up a list of everything I can say about the situation, I just hope it helps.

emoticon on the weight loss!!! And I feel like no one is empathetic anymore. It really is sad. A woman at my work has been with the company seven years and NOW they decide she isn't fast enough. SEVEN years later??? In better news,I joined WW AGAIN and the first week I lost 2.2 pounds and I still ate cake emoticon

Just Ugly Weather

Monday, November 17, 2014

Sorry to complain, but it is so cloudy and dreary today, all I want to do is sleep. I am up and at work. So far, work hasn't been too bad for a Monday. Feeling hungry today. Already drank 4 glasses of water. Ate a Special K bar for a morning snack. Forgot my yogurt for lunch. So, I had a half sandwich and a banana. Starving when I got home, but feel full after my weight watchers dinner. Tomorrow will be better. ..

I'm finding little bursts of exercise help a lot! I figure even if I only do 1 minute of pacing while on the phone, it's better than if I was sitting. YOU CAN DO IT!

That is called a "WoW" moment. Doesn't feel great! Make sure to keep a weight loss journal and you can celebrate all your WoW moments. It will also help you keep track of any mistakes you make and you will know where you need to make any adjustments in your meal plans. I believe in you, I know you can do this. Just take one day at a time and one meal at a time. Get those feet to moving, set small achievable goals. emoticon emoticon You've got this, remember to always ask in ayer for Jesus to help you with all you dietary needs , that is what He is here for.
