Ok So I lost another pound this week and inches off my waist. Everything else stayed the same.

Not a lot of results this week. Mostly it was status quo but I did fall another 0.8 lbs and lost 1/2 in off my chest.

    Yeah I can really feel it in my abs for sure. Overall I'm doing well. Had to do more modifying than usual because of a muscle pull but still got in some great workouts. Still not ready for full on workouts but I'm ok with that.

Week 2 Stats:
Weight: 239.8 (-0.8) New lowest weight..go me!
Chest: 44.5 (-0.25)
Waist: 42 (-0.50)
L Arm: 15.0 (-0.50)
L Thigh: 27 (-0.50)

I've also lost 1 inch off my hips and almost an inch from my right arm and thigh since the beginning of the program.

    Yay for your stats! Awesome, awesome job!

How are you liking T25 so far? I'm on the 2nd day of week 5 and still loving it! Most programs have already progressed into the 2nd month by the 5th week, but I don't mind doing an extra week of Alpha phase. Gives me the chance to make my foundation even stronger before moving on to Beta phase!

Way to go on your loss! Keep up the fantastic work!

    The short workout time is a big plus for me too. I like that the workouts give me plenty of room to grow and increase intensity as my fitness improves.

Halfway there update

July 1st is the official halfway point in my journey this year. My big goal was to reach 200 lbs, or 70 lbs loss in 2013. Now slightly over halfway there I'm down almost 30 lbs. I've had a few months of setbacks but I'm still determined. Forty pounds to go and that seems totally reasonable to reach by December 31st. When I get discouraged because I thought I'd be further along by now I look back at old photos and previous measurements. I've come so far and can celebrate my success to date.

To refocus my motivation today marks the day of a new 90 day challenge! Keep moving forward!
