Today I began my C25K journey! When reading the plan for the first day, I will admit that I thought it wouldn't be a challenge at all. Yikes, was I wrong! I am more out of shape than I thought I guess. BUT I am not getting down on myself! I am doing this to get INTO shape, it doesn't matter that I'm not in shape right now...the point of the program and SparkPeople is to get into shape
I am going to repeat Day One again on Wednesday. I was able to complete every step except the LAST "run" segment... I just couldn't push myself those last 60 seconds.. (Now, If Jillian Michael's was standing there, it may have been a different story ) ... I am proud of myself that I even got up and moved like I did for that 30 minutes, that is an accomplishment for me.
Looking forward to Wednesday to continue... and really apprehensive to get to W5D3..20 min without stopping? Seems impossible right now but will be amazing WHEN I am able to do that.
