Look at me go!!!!

Monday, September 30, 2013

Well, would you just look at that? Go ahead and look, it's okay! I have now hit 22 pounds of weight loss, and I am excited about that!!!!!! Yeah, Go team God. So proud to be apart of God's team because there is no way I could do this alone. So I give him the praise and claim my health in the Fathers name. So, why don't you go out and be a blessing to someone today too!!!!

So far, alls well!

Monday, September 16, 2013

Well, I got up late this morning and still managed to eat breakfast. I have staid on track thus far and see it continuing throughout the day. I do feel more hungry more often today. I have noticed that when you are starting new eating habits, eating like you should and the things you should, that feeling hungry more often is normal. After a week or so of eating right it all levels out and you are satisfied more often than not. So, here's to praying for success!

Back to it!

Sunday, September 15, 2013

It is time that I get back to doing what is healthy for me. I am out of school now, working steady hours and have time to get a routine. So, it is time to stop complaining about my weight and do something about it. Here I go. I did my tracking for the day and here I am telling you all that I am getting serious again, and that I will need a ton of help staying serious. I am starting out walking on the treadmill because I just got a very serious shin splint healed and I am working on my abs. I am trying to get back into the habit of eating right. All support is appreciated! emoticon

Hi Chelle, honey you CAN do this... the Lord will help you! Learn the healthy ways of cooking, eating and exercising (Sparkpeople is a great place to do this!) and then lean on the Lord to help you to do what you need to. He wants to help us and, with His help, you will lose the excess weight and build a healthier life. Keep your eyes on the Lord and on His Word.

Remember Psalm 32:8 says, "I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you."

P.S. I am adding you as a friend!

It can be done.. Make sure to get your water in and keep up with the log in.. If I can do it anyone else can.. Keep Gods word at least before bed or your day starting and if you put it in His hands it will fall off.. I am at a stand still because of surgery but I am going to try and get back as soon as possible.. In His Love and Grace Jane

School is Over. " Yea" You are working at the job you love. "Yea" You have a beautiful family, that needs You. You are in high demand! emoticon Bless God, for all that is lovely ! What being said, You have to make you and your health a proprietyt .
We have to love yourselves enough to be a blessing to others,
So, LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE!

In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.

Sometimes you have to give into your cravings and get it out of your system. (LORD KNOWS I HAVE MANY TIMES!!!) The key is not getting into an "oh no, I messed up so now I have to get completely off my plan and mess up everyday" tantrum. Just pull yourself back together and keep on doing the right thing! You will still see results from all the effort!

Well, everyone's entitled to a tantrum now and then. :-) I had a Junior Mint day on Tuesday, but regained my composure, so it's all good.

I had one of those days last Sunday . . . only problem is that it makes it rough to get back in control after I have an off day! Hoping that will get easier with time, because I'm sure Sunday isn't the last off day I'll ever have!

Amen! Had one of those myself yesterday - and yes, I think it is totally awesome to do this every once in awhile... I know for me, once every 6 weeks or 2 months.. whatever. Allowing yourself to do that and enjoying it, not beating yourself up is really whats its about -

Then, right back on track. Awesome!!!! Love it!

Enjoyable

Thursday, March 21, 2013

I had a very nice afternoon with my family today, and got to visit with my mom. It is amazing how the little things make you feel good. I am of the opinion that a good solid relationship with your family is where all the happiness begins, well except all that begins with putting Christ first. That is all the wonder Chellism I have today. God bless. emoticon

Enjoy your time with yoiur family--especially your parents. I lost my mother in 1992 and my father lives in Arkansas which is quite a distance from California, Time spent with family is very precious.
