Also, if you are looking for my monthly progress photos.........SORRY! I did not see a point in doing one this month because there was no gain/loss. I will post one next month as long as my weight isn't the same, whether it be a gain or loss.

OK I have stayed away from the scale all week. This is a feat for me, because I want to hop on it every day. However, I do not think it is going to be pretty when I get on Sunday. I already feel like a cow LOL! I have been stuck at the same weight now for weeks and weeks.........hoping that i don't break the plateau by GAINING! We had a pot luck at work yesterday and I tried to be really good. However, since I don't even usually eat as much as I did yesterday, I felt bloated and huge and literally sick. Hmmmm and I didn't eat dinner cause I still felt full. We are doing Thanksgiving with my husbands family Friday and mine on Saturday, both of which will be at my home. This helps because I have more control over the ingredients, so hopefully I won't totally blow it.

Pray for me!

    Praying for you!!! Just remember how you want the plateau to go the lesser of the two ways and that should help your motivation.Have a good Thanksgiving!! Im sure you will do just fine!!!

Fast Break

I am starting completely over with fast break today. I even reset my ticker, so it looks like I haven't lost anything LOL! Maybe this will keep me a little more motivated. I am already feeling better and am actually trying to figure out how to get my calories UP to where they need to be today. I will have a snack or something when I get home from work tonight I guess.

Been a super stressful week at work with one of my coworkers getting arrested and shocking us ALL. I just could not believe it! I won't post the article here for privacy reasons but it has been really crazy and the article actually made national news.

Hope everyone has been having a wonderful weekend! I am gonna hit it hard and heavy this week and actually try to get all my cardio in which I have not done in a MONTH!!! UGH!

November Goals

Well hubby and I have decided that the next few months we are going to be a tight budget so that we can put back a little money. So my goals are going to involve what we spoke about last night.

1. Plan out two weeks of meals in advance. I love recipezaar for this, because I have a lot of my recipes saved there. I can make a menu, then make a shopping list and go through the cabinets and see what I need and what I already have.

2. Less fat. This one does not involve money because less fat=more money on some meals. I love that my husband is now wanting to eat healthier. You see, my hubby and kids have no problem eating whatever they want and staying skinny as a rail. Does that mean healthy? No. So this is going to take some change on my kids parts but like hubby said, if they get hungry they will eventually eat it right??? LOL. I have been cooking seperate meals for myself (mainly because I work in the evenings) than I do for them (I cook their food before I head to work each day.) Now we will all eat the same thing and it will be much easier for me not to fall off the wagon.

3. This is a personal one............stop stressing out. I don't know, the last month I have felt super stressed out and this is not like me at all. I am the easy laid back one that doesn't let anything bother me. What am I stressed out about? I am not sure. Maybe it is everything getting to me at once. Not enough hours in the day, trying to do all I can to lose weight, trying to get a good grade in my class, trying to make sure I am a nice person at work. Sometimes I just sit down and cry and that isn't like me at all. Will figure this one out.

4. Get more actual water in. I drink plenty of things that count the same as water, but the good ole plain water doesn't make it into my body nearly enough. Why do I have to have flavor in EVERYTHING?

I was thinking of some other goals but my head is foggy right now and I can't think of what they are..........should have wrote them down!

    Good luck with your goals. The 2 week menu sounds difficult. I will have to check out the site you mentioned above. Thanks for the blog gives me some ideas.

October Update Pics

OK, it is that time again. Time for my monthly update pics to keep me in line. I cam not seeing changes from the pics even though I have lost weight........ugh. One day I will look back on them and say wow that was me??? Not yet though.

This is me yesterday at 186.6 lbs. Long month! I have been slacking the last 10 days or so since I hurt my groin but gonna kick it back up starting now!!

Hope everyone has a fantastic month and I will post next pics in November. I guess that will be right before Thanksgiving!

    Its hard to see the changes if you wear something different each month. But just by viewing this months and last your bootie looks smaller and your arms look smaller and more toned!! I can totally see the changes, Keep up the good work!!!!!!
