Today had a setback at breakfast I ate a chocolate donut! UGH. The rest of the day will be better, I just know it!

    If that was just a blip during the entire week, you can still stay on track. Next time, try half a donut, that will leave more calories for some delicious and healthy food.

BMI coming down.

I am almost to the "overweight" category for my BMI instead of "obese". BMI is currently at 33.8. This will be corrected ASAP!! Things are still going well and I am still sticking to my plan!! I can't believe I have stuck it out this long. And I am getting better about not having to measure every little thing (but still pretty obsessed with it!) I can tell what a normal portion is and boy was I ever eating more than a normal portion! I am glad these changes are happening and I am glad I am not going around hungry all the time, that's the worst. Will continue til I reach my goal, I know I can!!

    Way to go, you're kickin it;) When I get to 190# my BMI will be in the overweight range, my next mini goal;) I'm only 5# away. We are soooo doin this!!!!!! emoticon

    Awesome. I got mine down from 40 to 31.5 (currently.) I think I'm about 10 pounds from entering into the "overweight" category. Yay for us.

Down one more lb at my weigh in today. I can't believe I am actually doing this! I have usually given up by now. Maybe the changes will stick this time. I am actually getting better about measuring everything and you just can't believe how much you will eat if you don't measure!! I need to get more measuring spoons however, mine are always dirty now! LOL


I am sad and happy today at the same time....

Well, I am wearing my absolute favorite pants to work tonight. Problem, I can't get them to stay up!! Woo HOOOO. But I hate to give up my favorite pants, I have had them for years and they are so comfy. OH WELL!! They are going to the back of the closet now. I am actually running out of clothes that will fit properly and I really haven't lost THAT much weight. Seems really weird to me, but I am happy! Go me! emoticon

I have been back at this for a month and this time it is going pretty well! I don't know why, but I haven't had near the cravings that I would previously get. I wish I wasn't such a food lover. But my new love is.....squash!! I love summer squash steamed with a little garlic, salt, and pepper. NUMMY! I am losing and people at work are actually noticing, so that is great! I am digging things out from the back of the closet! I don't know what I will do when I can't find anything that will fit, but I guess I will figure it out because I have to get going.

This is my first blog entry here, but I have been here back and forth for years. HELLO emoticon

    Keep up the good work! I find summer easier to lose too. Maybe it's the hot temps that make me not so hungry. Once winter comes I want creamy comfort food and my exercise decreases. Maybe I was a bear in my former life and still want to hibernate! LOL
