GREAT DAY !!!!!

I was up early and got ready to go to the doctor and had time to make some calls and called my friend to send a smile his way. Ate a light breakfast because we where going to her friends house for lunch before the Dr.'s appointment. I sat in the bay window and read my book watching for her to come down the road so I could be outside by the time she pulled into the driveway. She arrived and we left and it was raining off and on but when we arrived at her girl friends it stopped. Her friends house is only 5 minutes away from the Dr. which makes it nice.

Her friends sisters and mother where their also so we got to visit with them. They are a very nice and happy family. We had chicken, macaroni salad, cole slaw and rolls. I had a ginger ale and then we had a slice of birthday cake because it was my friends birthday tomorrow. We had fun and I enjoyed the visit.

It was time to leave and when we got to the Dr's office there where not many cars. I signed in and she took me right away and that is what I like about my Dr. you do not have to wait long. I went in and within 5 minutes she was to me and went over the blood test and it was perfect. She checked me and I was in perfect health and that was very good news. I told her I was getting tired a lot and between the Leukemia and my age she said that was normal. I guess it is just the way I do things and I am going to have to change a little how I work. Try and do work part now ad the rest later and not push myself so hard.
Get my stress level back to normal and maybe I can get myself back to my exercising and normal living.

I don't know what is happening with my blogs because I do 1 every night but Wednesdays is gone and Sundays. Wednesday I went to the bowling alley and we received our awards and now I have enough money to pay for one league and a little on the other. That makes me happy. I will bowl on that league next year and will cancel the afternoon on Tuesday and just bowl in the morning and night league. Summer leagues will help pay some on the Winter leagues. I will start the Wednesday league next week.

On Wednesday I went to the bank and took money out of my IRA and put it in my checking account so I can pay the Visa. I told the bank girl and she could not believe they did that. I got some papers to set up a business checking account and was going to get a small Visa for personnel use but I may as well forget that till I start bringing in money. I came home and didn't even go to the other bank and I am just going to pay on the Visa Saturday. Picked DGD up at school and the usual, play, homework , Mom picking her up and then me trying to catch up with what I have to do since it is getting late.

Nothing done on the business deal today except to call and tell them to call me tomorrow. So I will deal with that then.

I am tired and not much happening except the good Dr. news so everyone have a great Friday and some fun. God bless you always and forever.

Hello my Friend, sounds like you have a lot on your plate. My prayers will be with you. I rejoice with you on the good report from your doctor, I agree, it is wise that you try and slow down your work load and divide it up so you are not working so much. I hope the business deal works to your advantage and you get things sorted out soon so your stress level is lowered. Hope you get outside and accomplish the work you are hoping to get done. LESS OF A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I woke up and knew I had to start making calls to try and get my problem straighten out. I left a message with my coach and I hope I am home when he calls. I called Visa to see if I could make another payment and they said I had to wait till next Saturday to make a payment. I need the card. I called the Vet and let them know I could not pay so we will go next week. I ate some breakfast and then called the area of Visa that would up my level and they can't because I don't have enough income. That is the bottom line problem that I am trying to take care of.

I tried to get online to my bank account and had to call the bank for the internet link. When I entered into my account I couldn't move the money around. So tomorrow after the bowling awards I am going to the bank and open an account for my business and take money out of my IRA to put over to my checking account. If I take it out of my savings account I will not have enough money. I hope when I get my business started I can put all the money back in savings. Then I am going to go to the bank and pay more on the Visa card so I can get it freed.
Then in May I will have to pay the rest and that doesn't count what is going to be on next months or I am paying on the total so I won't have a lot on next month. I will be glad when it is over.

Today I talked to my friend and he had me laughing and you don't know how much I wanted to tell him to come over and give me a big hug. But I am not taking that step yet going very slow.
Tonight we counted the money out for the teams and my team is going to get $ 70.00 for their winnings and that is going to give me enough for 1 of my summer leagues. Then what I get tomorrow will help pay on the other league. Makes me very happy I don't have to use any other money. So this week no groceries, gas in the car, hair done or anything. Going to cut corners real deep and I won't have to buy the fresh veggies for my daughters dinner now so that will get cut in half. If nothing else I know how to cut corners and save money. I have lettuce in my garden so no more buying it. Had fun at the bowling alley and relaxed for a while.

This morning I had the date for breakfast and I got up early but boy was it hard since I went to bed at 3 AM and got up 5 times during the night. But that is the way most nights are so I got ready and when I was going to start my hair, I called my friend to make sure we where on. He was in the next town and had a couple more jobs to do so by the time I got done and drove there he should of been there. It was 8:55 AM when I left so I arrived about 9:10 AM and he was there. I am early 99.5 % and I don't like being late. I went in and we talked and laughed and then ordered our breakfast. He ordered the 2,2,2, eggs sausage and pancakes with coffee. I had ham, scrambled eggs, home fries, toast and tea. We talked and ate and ended taking half of each of our meals home. Whatever happen to normal size helpings? We stood outside and talked for a few minutes and then went our separate ways. I got in my car and the young couple that sat across from us came out and they had an adorable little boy. They got in their car but when the young man got in his he was almost in and slammed the door into my car. He looked shocked and sorry and I just shook my head.

I came home and was tired so it was cold out and I laid down. When I got up I made a cup of tea and made some calls. Then it was time for me to pick up my DGD from school. Traffic is getting really bad and more people are picking up their children but we made it out safe and came home. Let the dogs out and I went in to change my clothes. While I was doing that my girlfriend that takes me to the Dr. called and wanted to make sure about what day it was. I told her about my new friend and she was happy. We talked for a while and then I finished changing. While I was in the bedroom I looked over my white shoes and took them out for DGD to try on so she would have a nice pair to go with her Alice in Wonderland Dress for Saturdays tea. She just about fits into my shoes and a cute pair fit her with a strap and small heel. I went over her spelling words and she started to write them 5 times.

I made a cup of tea and then went through my mail and there was my Visa bill. I opened it and it is so high I just about died so I called Visa to pay some on it before the due date because they have frozen my card. When I called them my bill total was $8,000.00 more than the bill I had in my hand and it was over my limit. Why okay the charge if there is no money? I have no ideal how I am going to pay it and it will take all my savings and IRA and I am having a hard time dealing with it. I told the coach for the lessons not to put it in and he did so now I have no money to work with. The dogs have to go to the Vet and I have no money to pay them so I am going to call and see what they will do. Right now I am ready for a nervous break down and there is no where to get money. I have bowling starting next week and I hope what I have won will pay for it or most so later I can pay the rest.

Well, it is time to close, I am wore out and just want to cry. I love you all have a good Tuesday God bless you always and say a pray for me please.

I would suggest you ask Visa for your past 4 or 5 month balances. Something doesn't sound right to me. You need to be proactive and check this out to make sure you are not a victim of fraud. You might want to cancel the business course until you get this straightened out. Things will work out for you, I know, but it is worrisome until it does. Hugs. Report Inappropriate Comment

That would be a nightmare, Joyce. Hope you find some reasonable means for settling this account. I think I would call a "financial counselor" to see if they can help. Some times, they can get the amount owed reduced and also reduce the payments in addition to lowering the finance charge so you are not always just paying the interest. If there is a church near you that is hosting Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University it would help to go through that course. He has helped a lot of people get out of debt and find the freedom to stay within their finances through using cash only. That might help you, too. Report Inappropriate Comment

Joyce - are you sure your card has not been tampered with? If somebody stole your information and ran up the bill then you can sign a waiver and Visa will reverse the charges and initiate a criminal investigation. If they are your charges, you could talk to your bank or credit union about a consolidation loan - it would be better interest rates than Visa and give you breathing space to pay it off. Or try to find a debt counsellor in your area and they can help you negotiate a manageable payment schedule with Visa. Best wishes - hope you'll feel better after sleeping on it. RAINY, WINDY DAY BUT STILL ACTIVE.

Today was a great day to sleep in with the rain but I got up early. I ate my breakfast and straighten the kitchen, dishes and floor. Then I sat down to do the Spark points because the race was coming on. I figured while it was on I could get a lot done on the laptop.

I had a lot of emails to take care of and took the time to do it since I could not go outside. I made some calls and watched the race. Again Dale Jr. did good and came in the top 10 and is now 4th in the points.

After the race I went in the kitchen and started to make the cole slaw and deviled eggs. I put a load of clothes on and fed the dogs. I took out some Pillsbury biscuits and put them in the oven. Finished making the other food and put the shrimp on a tray to bake. So dinner was good, shrimp, asparagus, cole slaw, potato salad, 1 deviled egg and biscuit.

After dinner I cleaned the kitchen up and then got the things out to cut Callie. She saw what
I was doing and took off. I closed the doors and finally got her and she will lay there while I am doing her back. When I try to do her feet she tries to hid them. It took about an hour or more and she finally had enough. I cleaned the kitchen floor up and put the grooming kit away and then put the clothes in the dryer. I hang my jeans up in the bathroom because they shrink if you dry them.

It was almost 9 PM by then and I still had a few things to do on the internet so I finally sat down but decided to call my friend. He answered the phone and we talked 3 hours. He is crazy but we talked about everything and laughed a lot. We just get each other going. We are going to meet for breakfast tomorrow at 9 AM and I am suppose to be the girl that does not like early mornings. So since we where on the phone for 3 hours all the work I had left to do will have to wait till tomorrow. I let him know go slow, we will date a few times and get confortable so I can have him come to the house. He understands I want to be cauious and have a right to be. I am glad he accepts me for the way I am as my husband did. My husband loved me for the person I am but most people want the looks rather than the heart.

Now I have to curl my hair, already put my clothes out which I taught my kids to do. It saves time in the morning. Everything I was going to do will wait. I don't know what is going on with this laptop but I will be typing and it will jump to another line and type in it and it just disappeared so I am going to stop. Sounds like a very enjoyable rainy day. Sure wish that we would be blessed with such rain in our arid area of the country. I am thankful that you are being careful, Joyce. Your gentleman friend sounds like a very nice man; however, it is always important to be cautious. Have you thought of having friends with you a few times when meeting him outside your home? I believe it could be advantageous in that sometimes others clue into character traits that we might not be able to see. Plus, it is important that he know you aren’t a single gal alone without others caring about you & watching over you to some degree. Also, it might be a good idea for you to meet some of his friends & his church family (if he has one) before you invite him to visit your home &/or meet your granddaughter. DAY FOR EXERCISE

When I got up it was beautiful outside and I was met to be there. I ate breakfast, cleaned up the dishes and put the pots and pans away. I grabbed the rest of the white potatoes and went outside and sat at the picnic table and cut the spuds off them. Open the garage and got the trowl and went in the garden made the holes for 15 more hills of white potatoes. I have a whole row of them and that is going to be fun because they really are a pain to grow with the bugs. I am a die hard and keep trying to beat the odds. I was going to put the tomatoes that I have been grown out but now I am glad they didn't get there because there is a bad storm over us right now and they would have been blown apart.

Check the Speed channel I saw Dale Jr qualify for 7th place in Sundays race and then seen there was a truck race coming on. Finished outside and came in to watch the race. I figured I could work on my Spark points during the race and make calls I had to get done and then the rest of the day I could do other things. I called to schedule my pool opening and that will be the middle of May. I got my Spark points done except the blog and I always do that last. I had emails that where about the schooling and I had to explain they haven't finished part of it since the other half started their training before I was done.

After the race I fed the dogs and then I went out and started to cut the grass and cut the strip on the other side of the driveway in the front yard and it goes all the way to the back woods. After I did that I cut the rest of the spetic area where my daughter stopped and started to do more of the back yard when it stopped moving. I looked down and the belt was around the tire. Well, that was that and no more cutting grass today so when I do the back it will have to be cut twice since it will be tall with this rain so cut on 5 and then go back over on 3 1/2. It takes 2 hours to cut it since it is several acres and it will get done in 2 days. Then I will have to do the front yard again because it will be a week or more I am sure since the mower has to get fixed. Then they should be even with each other. I cleaned the mower and put it away and decided to do the pool cover. I skimmed a lot of those twirlie seed pods things that come from the trees and It was a lot.

Then I started to cut the asparagus and by the time I got that done the sky was turning dark with bad looking clouds. I had the windows open so I finished, closed the garage and went in. I closed the windows and then took a shower and washed my hair since I had the sand and grass in it from cutting the grass in a heavy wind. After I made my dinner and I had a pork chop, small hash brown potato and asparagus. I cook the rest of the potatoes that I cut the spuds from and made potato salad. I also boiled eggs and I will make deviled eggs and some cole slaw so I will have it for part of the week. I still have the dishes to do from cooking and have to clean the floor. I can clean that floor 5 times a day and you would think I never did. Everytime the dogs come in they bring dirt on their paws.

Well, that is my day and it is still early so who knows what else I will get into. All have a blessed Sunday with the Lord, family and friends. Hope you don't get bad weather as we are to have thunderstorms and 2 to 3 inches of rain by Monday. Not bad just will miss the sun and being outside.
