Up early to take my DGD to her bowling league and we ate a good breakfast, got ready and left. Saw that my friends where deer hunting and I didn't get to talk to them since I was not home. She started off and was doing really good, had aspare and got a strike her next throw. She was on her way too getting over a 100 game and got in the 9th frame and threw 2 zeros. 10th frame she had an 8 which gave her a 94 but that is really good since her average is 63. Next game I do not know what happen to all the children on both teams because you never saw so many zeros in a game. She ended with a 27, the little imp he ended with a 29 and the other girl a 24 what happen who knows because the other team did the same thing but I don't have the paper because one of their bowlers had to come in and bowl. She fell on Thursday and hurt her back which I did not know about and she said it hurt. She is getting better and I hope they don't move her up to the other league.
Because of her size which is 55 1/4 " and she is 7 makes her look like she is 10 or 11 but maturityshe is still a little girl and she would be lost. Those children are in 4th grade to about 6 or 7th and way beyond her. She has had 4th graders want to know whose class she is in and when I tell them she is in 2nd grade they think I am kidding. She will have to be protected because her Mom said the Dr. told her that little one can grow to be taller than her father which is a nightmare as he is 6' 7" and Mom is 5' 9" so she doesn't have a chance. I hope he is wrong but she has grown 4 inches since summer. I love her so much and try to do for her as much as I can and hate to see her have a hard time.
Her Mom was tied up with work so I brought her back home with me and told her Mom to pick her up here. She had to take tools to her husbands job not hers and she arrived about 12:00 PM. I made them lunch and they did not leave till after 3 PM so my plans for the day went out the window. As I said I will go with my schedule when I can according to interruptions. As soon as I get the DVD and VHS working I will start with most of my exercises. I have managed to walk and already have 15,211 steps and still have 1 more walk for tonight. I am going to try and lift some weights but want to have the DVD on. I will put it on the laptop but that is small to see across the room. I have the 5 walks covered and more, house work, eating, dogs, Spark points so just have to get the weights and Groovie dance in and kettle bell since I have a DVD now for that.
Tomorrow I am suppose to have the day to myself so we shall see. Monday daughter off so DGD will not come and that means another day for me. Never a dull moment for me and never a slow down time. Even when she was here I was sitting but the back was starting to hurt and I got up and just walked around the kitchen and talked. I have 17,220 steps today, 13.04 miles. I have 13,343 step for miles, miles 10.06 in 114 minutes, not a bad day.
The little fish are still surviving and hope tomorrow Callie gets her bath. Fish tank will get cleaned too along with garlic getting planted in the garage. Oh so many things too do and my list never stops.
I found my stuffed peppers in the freezer tonight and some potato wedges so that was dinner. I also found the chocolate ice cream I made from a Spark recipe and it is still good. Now that I am getting the food down in the freezer I am finding things I wanted to get to. By the time we get it cleaned next Saturday I will have a lot more out of it and then I can organize it again. I had it so straighten that I even had a list on the door to what was on each shelf and it worked for a long time. But thing get put in and then more and soon you have a mess, so time to clean.
Time to get something else done before the night ends, so all have a blessed Sunday. Praise God and spend it with friends and family. God bless all of you.

Bright and early off to the sharks, HA HA bowling again and not a bad day. I was tired but what is new so I just lived with it. We bowled people that haven't bowled long and they had 125 pins over them and we had to cover that. The first game we won but after that no way possible. The first girl was only a few pins over her average but the second girl 21 pins over, her husband 38 pins over his average on top of the 125 and we didn't bowl good as a team this time. I was over my average 2 times 13 pins 2nd game and 32 the last game. So this week 4, 0, 3.5 and 1 so not bad and I didn't do bad 8 over my average and 4 under, that is pretty good.
Came right home and ate lunch and laid down for 2 hours. I have been walking in the house because it is raining and I almost have 10,000 steps. Next 15 minutes I will have them and then I will have more time to do extra.
My days are going to get scheduled which is hard with the outside things I have to do but here it goes. It will work on half a day Wed., full dayThurs, 2 Fri's, 2 Sat's, Sun
1. Get up by 10:00 AM eat breakfast.
2. Walk 15 minutes
3. Lift weights starting with 3 pound 15 minutes.
4. Walk 15 minutes
5. Work on Spark points to rest. 30 minutes.
6. Eat Lunch
7. Groovie Dance 15 minutes
8. walk 15 minutes
9. Do house work 30 minutes.
10. Work on Spark 30 minutes
11. Walk 15 minutes
12. Eat dinner
13. Feed Dogs and clean kitchen.
14. More house chores
15. Walk 15 minutes
15 Finish Spark points.
16. Walk 15 minutes
In between all this I also have to pick up DGD and this will not be on bowling days just parts of it. I will do this with cold months and warm months it changes because with all the work I do outside and swimming. I get in a rut with cold weather and have to stop it. So here it goes girls and guys we push ourselves, make our plans and if we do most of them we do good. I am not dreaming, I will do the best I can when I don't have interruptions.
Time to walk and I am pass my time so have a great Thursday and have some fun. God bless you always.

Up early and thank God for 5 hour energy and extra energy because I needed it this morning. Monday night I stay up and do my Spark points except a few things because I knew I would have no time to do them. So of I went energized and the first league at 9 AM I bowled over my average every time and we took 4 not bad.
I had my fillet of founder with lettuce and tomato slices for lunch. Then I went walking and I should write it down because I walk for about 10 to 15 minutes and most likely 1 to 2 miles after I eat. Then we started to bowl and i mssed my average by 5 pins but the other team bowled over their average and also had 57 pins to their favor. 2 games I bowled over my average and the 3rd game we need 3 pins to win it and I had the 5 pin and missed it. I had 171 already but I was upset so we lost all the games.
I got myself ready to leave and was going to pick up bananas and grapes but was afraid I would be late getting to the school for my DGD. I got there 3:03 PM and had plenty of time so I red a magazine. She came out and we came home and then it was let the dogs out, give her a snack, make her Moms dinner and do her homework while I made the salad. She got done her homework and then I made the dogs dinner and then made ours. By that time it was time to get ready to leave o bowl and that's what we did.
Picked up my girlfriend and had to bowl against my daughter and the guy on her team that bowls 300, 11 times. Well it was a very interesting night and after agood game over my average it went down hill fast from there I didn't even make a 400 series but I was not alone because on both teams people struggled. The 300 bowler bowled a 483 series 1 game was 130 so if he had a hard time the rest of us where too. Problem was he threw his ball from the left across to the right curve back to the left. The oil was being thrown every where. My low game was 105 and I flipped in my head not outward. Out of all of it we won 3.5 because the first game we split so you know bowling was bad but we had fun any way.
Came home and got on line fast to get done. Going to close because I don't have a timed walk and I need to do one. God bless you always.
Walked 50 minutes, 6,110 steps and 4.12 miles. Steps 10,445, 7.40 miles back to having to get the 10,000 +. Monday walked 7.85 miles, 90 minutes and 10,342 steps.
