Days I work I usually have my morning drink and my lunch is my main meal and then a snack in the afternoon and another small dinner snack.
Ballet at work as usual and when I left work I ended up getting an invitation to go out for a barbecue.
So I went and splurge and had grilled hamburger with one slice of cheese and tomato and mayonnaise and ear of corn and a very small serving of potato salad- like I fourth of a cup.
Before dinner and a little guacamole and chips and after dinner magnum ice cream bar.
That one meal had my calories for the whole day and I didn't plan on it.
It's much better to plan ahead for meals.
But if I have spare the moment dinner invitations in the future I need to decide before I get there when I'm going to have. Most of time if I get a dinner invitation and it worked I go out and just get a side salad for dinner and that works just fine.
I absolutely love fresh grilled hamburgers and I hardly ever have a bun. So next time I'll skip the bun and just enjoy the good hamburger.
Plus I didn't get my exercise and like I had planned.
Tomorrow definitely is my make up day!
