    I could not fine preferences, this is how I reset my points
Go to Start then to account/Preferences and scroll down on the Account tab until you see the Reset SparkPoints.

I would have had a great day yesterday staying within my calorie range if I didn't eat that 280 calorie Captain D fish Casinda offered. I wasn't even hungry.

And again, although I fell asleep promptly around 8:30, I awakened, got bored and ate nachos. If I hadn't taken that 3rd Restoril, I would have eaten a 200 calorie granola bar.

I know I need to go to sleep like I should to avoid the snacks, but on the other hand I don't want to depend on the pills!

My new plan of action is to adjust my 6 small meals every 3 hours. What I should do is set a timer after I taken the last bite of the meal instead of setting the timer after I've taken my first bite. That will stretch my meals even longer and I can gauge what my hunger pangs really feel like. Who knows, my dinner can end later in the early night staving off my mindless late night snacking cravings.

    hey my husband keeps commenting that i'm eating again but i'm pacing out my meals too.

the water drinking reminder has worked very well too.

great habit.

    So far, so good. I'm actually not hungry at night anymore. Plus I'm sleeping a lot better and feeling pretty good during the day.

I'm so thankful for God's grace and mercy. I'm learning that the mind is indeed a battlefield. The devil knows this. If I keep entertaining temptations, it will come to pass. I must always stay in the Word if I want to enjoy an abundant life that Jesus died for.

I keep turning to the wrong things to get over boredom. I sometimes think I sabotage myself. Why do I do that? Lord, I need an answer.

    This a day by day journey and as with very journey, sometimes we travel down the wrong path. But God is our GPS and He always gets us back on track if we just listen to Him. So just keep on trusting in your GPS and everything will be fine!

    Hi Susan! So nice to meet you! I am adding you as a friend and hope you will add me, too. I've found that being proactive helps. I snack often to keep from overeating. So I cleaned out a cupboard drawer and filled it with healthy snacks, such at baggies with 1/8 cup baking nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.), sugar-free pudding cups, 100 calorie low sodium popcorn, etc. When I choose a snack, it is already measured. I also carry a couple in my purse to ward off the "drive-through devil". My body is God's temple and I choose to honor Him with it. Have a great week!!

    Hang in there. It takes time. Things become a habit when we practice it. Today I walked pass a bowl of donuts at work and did not desire them. I am overjoyed at this but it took time to get to this point. Try asking God for help every time you want to reach for something unhealthy. I get from reading your page that you want to please God. So look at it this way, every time you make a healthy choice it pleases God. Hope this helps.

I tried the Feta and Spinach Scramble. I loved it! I have simple taste and was reluctant, but glad I did it. I'm tickled pink to have gotten 2 servings of veggies so early in the day!
