Yesterday I had a very lazy day. I didn't work out at all. I did do some cleaning in my room. I ate according to my new caloric range which feels a little odd. My exercise has increased so I needed to increase my calories. I'm at 1,890 calories minimum now. When eating healthy that can be quite a lot of food. When I think back to what I ate yesterday, I did eat a lot of food. I ate my fruit and veggies. I had the right level of carbs, protein, fiber, and fat.
I was fine not doing a lot of exercising yesterday. My body was telling me I needed a day off and I listened to it. I know today I will be quite active. I've scheduled a 45 minute walk before work which usually equals about 3 miles, a 30 minute walk during lunch which should be about 2 miles, and a 25 minute walk after work which equals about 1.5 miles. I also am planning to do a 30 minute Leslie Sansone DVD. Today will be the 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds for Abs. I love that one.
I plan to do well with my foods and not go over in calories. I'm feeling positive and very excited. Tomorrow I plan to try out pilates. I will be mixing this up this week to jumpstart my weight loss. I also plan to try out some new foods. I'm seriously thinking about trying hummus. I've never had it before. Wish me luck!
