This weekend I stayed in bed and rested. It has paid off because I feel much stronger. I didn't work out at all. I didn't mind that at all. I needed the rest. I didn't follow my calorie count like I should have but I'm okay with that.
I'm got my clothes ready for work last night. I got my meals ready for today. I've got an exercise plan for today. I'm doing a 40 minute walk before work, a 60 minute walk during lunch, a 30 minute walk on my way home, and a 35 minute kickboxing workout once I get home.
Today will likely be a very crazy day at work. I'll do what I need to do so I can be done faster. I'm going to have a bad hair week since I didn't get my hair done this weekend. I'll just have to deal with it. I have Friday and next Monday off and I can't wait. I'm counting down until Thursday at 5PM. I'm going to do my best to make today a good day.
