So my husband wrote this book last year, Vanguard of Man by G. A. Marshall. I figured I would briefly mention it on here, never know who might see it and want to read it. It's only on Amazon and available for digital download. If you like sci-fi, check it out.

I often find myself over eating, standing in front of the fridge like a zombie and never feeling full. I've tried to drink water and wait or eat a healthy snack, but sometimes that just doesn't help and I find myself returning to the kitchen to graze. When I do this, sometimes it helps to drink some hot tea. Afterwards I feel satisfied. Some of my favorites are Early Grey ( it smells like fruit loops!), green tea with citrus or green tea with honey. Try it, it might help you too.

    My very favorite is Irish Breakfast. And then you can't keep me away from the new Red Rose decaffeinated teas with the names like Lemon Chiffon. Oh, I like any tea I try.

Could I suggest the full plate diet at to help you with feeling hungry? Download their free e-book and check it out. I was always hungry when I started, but I felt I was eating plenty of food. Once I followed their concept of gradually adding more dietary fiber, I haven't ever felt hungry again.

    You have good taste in tea. However, my solution to the zombie-at-fridge phenomenon is to keep nothing in my fridge that is zombie-grazable. Yes, it means food shopping every day but that's not such a bad thing.

    Blackberry vanilla is good too. having a variety of tea flavors may be helpful

    i am addicted to tea it is a great substitute for snacks as long as you don't add sugar or a tea biscuit!

    I keep a tumble of ice waer with me all daly long and drink water constantly. Igt helps me a great deal. I have snacks all over the place and do not eat them but sparingly. I have learned not to succcumb. keep focused for success. Yu can do it. Go for it.

    I know that eating and not feeling full thing. Tea seems like a good distraction. Better yet, stepping out of the kitchen and attending to what it is you really want might help you to stop looking for solutions in the kitchen.

    I drink a lot of green iced tea, or lately, I've been making Irish Breakfast decaf tea as an iced tea. I've always got some on hand, and drink it throughout the day. Glenn
