I often find myself over eating, standing in front of the fridge like a zombie and never feeling full. I've tried to drink water and wait or eat a healthy snack, but sometimes that just doesn't help and I find myself returning to the kitchen to graze. When I do this, sometimes it helps to drink some hot tea. Afterwards I feel satisfied. Some of my favorites are Early Grey ( it smells like fruit loops!), green tea with citrus or green tea with honey. Try it, it might help you too.
