1/9/12 Motivation does not equal discipline

So, lesson learned from yesterday: all the motivation in the world does not automatically result in discipline. I ate horribly even though I was committed to tracking every morsel in SP.

Can we say out of control???

Ok. Lesson learned and today's mantra is "get on the right track!".

I signed up to complete the SP Bootcamp this month. I'm currently at 216 (I ate horribly during the holidays). My goal is to get in the habit of working out daily -- at least 30 mins/day. I've been better (not great) about my food, but workouts have been random and infrequent.


10 pounds gone, 70 to go!!!

    Me too! I am down 3 lbs and we went out for dinner twice in one week!!!! It pays to know what you can eat when out. It also helps to get your activity in too. Congratulations on your loss, doing the happy dance for you.

Ok--so I was a slacker for the last few days. I know being busy isn't an excuse, but. So, I am back to it on SP. I got my exercising in early this morning, which makes me feel better already instead of stressing all day long about when I will find the time to workout. I'm not a morning person. So, believe me, this was a feat!! We'll see how long it lasts. Hopefully, it is a habit that I can stick with.
